Cons:

Extremely noisy at night, bars in area blast music until at least 1am. Also no staff at reception when checking in some random at the cafe just went into reception area without anyone stopping him & searched for room keys. Same with breakfast, no staff around to put out food so had nothing to eat the day o checked out even though I’d paid for breakfast

In Sarajevo fühlt man sich einfach wohl :)
Pros:

Frühstück war gut. Würde ich persönlich jedoch in dieser Form nicht anbeiten, da sehr viel über bleibt, was wahrscheinlich dann weggeworfen wird.
Lage ist Top. Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer scheinen renoviert worden zu sein, jedoch gibt es noch kleine Mängel (Abplatzungen, geringer Schimmel im Bad) was zu sanieren ist.
Ich würde auf jeden Fall hier wieder buchen!

Cons:

Unser Zimmer wurde umgebucht ohne informiert worden zu sein. POSITIV = Personal war jedoch sehr freundlich und wir konnten uns vor Ort einigen! :)

Too noisy. Not good for families. Staff nice, helpful, cheerful.
Pros:

Kind and helpful staff. Good central location. Very nice coffee shop beneath hotel.

Cons:

Noisy room.
On our first day staff bring us breakfast for 2.
We are travelling with my son. We are 3 person.
He said two is enough and you can share.
Next day the staff bring us 3 breakfast and said our booking says 3 breakfast included.
The behaviour of first employee was very disappointing.
And despite we requested quiet room in our booking, our rrom was looking to bar street. All of us including our 5 year old son chould not sleep until 3 o clock when music stops.
Too noisy. Not good for families.

Her şey çok güzeldi personel güler yüzlü ve çalışkandı. Kahvaltıyla alakalı yazılanları okudum ama hiç de yazıldığı gibi değil sipariş vermeniz değil sadece oda numaranızı soruyorlar bu da gayet en doğal hakları kim bilebilir dışardan gelip gelmediğini.

Disco hotel- če vam je to všeč
Pros:

Lokacija je super. Skoraj na vratih Baščaršije, blizu restavracij. Sam hotel sicer potreben prenove ampak je bilo udobno.

Cons:

Zvečer se zunaj začne disko na ulici. Če si želite žura do jutranjih ur, potem je to za vas. Če bi radi spali kaj več kot od 3h-6.30h potem raje ne rezervirajte. Nemogoče je spati saj je glasba tako glasna kot bi bil žur v sobi. Glede na zadnje komentarje sem se pripravila in imela sabo čepke za ušesa, ki so rešili situacijo. Do 3h je žur, ob 6.30h pa začnejo s čiščenjem ulice in je ropot prav tako zelo glasen.

Otelin şehrin kalbinde yer alması ve hijyenik olması, çalışanların samimi ve sevecen yaklaşımları ve otel sahipleri Hamza ve Uğur Tüzel Bey'lerin hoşsohbet olması insanı şehrin atmosferine daha da yaklaştırıyor. Bu tarihî kentin dokusunu keşfe niyetlenen gezginlerin gözü kapalı kalabileceği bir mekândır şehrin ve Büyük Çarşı'nın göbeğinde yer alan otel.
