Perfect stay and location
Pros:

An incredible welcome by the night staff on 26/5 just after midnight and an overall positive service not to mention a well-equipped room, very clean and quality bedding. Add to that the perfect location for visiting New York for a couple of nights. It’s the ideal place to stay.

Clean and quiet but at a price double what it should be.
Pros:

Good location. Clean room. Was quiet.

Cons:

No proper lounge; no coffee- or tea-making facilities in room (available at entrance to hotel). No proper wardrobe closet. Main problem- at 462.00 USD for a Tuesday night, the hotel is double what I think is reasonable to pay. I would only return if the total with tax was about 250.00.

Overall we had a very nice stay at this hotel and would book it again.
Pros:

The staff were friendly, the property was clean. Great location for our needs.

Cons:

The shower was very small. Our door was slightly broken to where it was difficult to close and lock.

The room was small, dirty floor, cheap furniture and in the basement. Very noisy in the morning as the walls were paper thin. No coffee machine in the room. Just like a cheap and dirty roadside motel. Terrible.
