Le séjour a été très mauvais.
Pros:

L'emplacement de trouve dans un lieu bruyant et le couloir donnant accès à l'escalier de l'hôtel est en mauvais état. Je respire de très mauvais odeur d'urine dans la rentrée. Par contre, le petit-déjeuné était plus ou moins acceptable.

Cons:

La chambre et le lit. Les draps ne sont ni propres ni de bonne qualité. De plus, il y a des punaises qui circulent tant dans les oreillers que le lit. Franchement, j'ai passé presqu'une nuit d'enfer avec les punaises.

Itchy bedbugs / not good maintenance
Pros:

Goid day its good to you. This is the first time a rent a hotel that feels me itchy. Why? Bedbugs! It's like not maintain properly. At first I didn't notice yet. So I set my alarm to sleep because my bus scheduled is at 7:00 am in the morning. But after a few minutes I noticed something is crawling in my neck. So whenbI checked it. Oh my!!! A lots of them was scattered around the bed sheet. I've took a picture and film for evidence. It such a traumatizing feeling.

Cons:

The hotel was on the 2nd floor so you have to climb up so that you can reach the front desk. Its hard for the travelers like me i have two luggage. And its not smell like hotel at all. This is my honest review as a tourist.

From start to finish, I felt welcomed and my business appreciated.
Pros:

From the very start, I was warmly greeted by Turkiye at the front desk. I especially loved that after a number of hours on the bus ride from Toronto, she was very kind and sweet in allowing me an earlier check in rather than at 3:00 pm. That really helped me get some needed shut eye. Then of course there is the owner, Hop, who is such a lovely, pleasant, hardworking lady who is doing her best in keeping the hotel going.

Cons:

I do miss the former days when the breakfast included boiled eggs.

i didn't know about parking I had to pay $ 200 for parking it'self for four days and still leave me a ticket for $100

Good but can be better
Pros:

1. Location was good.
2. Sanitation was good. You get the room cleaned when you ask for it.

Cons:

1. There was no lift - I had to carry my suitcases along the stairs all the way to the 3rd floor on arrival, and same down down on departure. No assistance. HORRIBLE!!!
2. For the 8 days stay, the SAME breakfast was served, and the WORST part was that there was NO PROTEIN IN THE MENU. There were no vegetables as well. What an UNBALANCED DIET!!! I believe that if I had stayed for a month, it is the same unbalanced breakfast I'll be served with.
3. For the first five days of my stay, the TV in my room couldn't be turned on. The staff's response was unacceptable until I had to forcefully declare my displeasure.

Hôtel à proximité de tout
Pros:

Premier point fort son emplacement au centre-ville où tout est à proximité.
2° point, qualité-prix
3° point, pour toute chambre réservée le p'tit déj qui est un buffet complet est inclu dans le prix.
4° point, le personnel est accueillant et très disponible.
Je le recommande vivement.

À choisir uniquement pour l'emplacement quand même le lit c'était pas terrible
Pros:

Très bonne emplacement et grande chambre

Cons:

Beaucoup d'escaliers à monter pour arriver à la chambre. relativement sonore. hôtel très très vieillissant avec la cuvette des WC qui bouge la chasse d'eau qui bouge egalement le porte papier toilette inexistant la porte d entrée qui n'ouvre pas très bien et un petit déjeuner très basique. À 130 € la nuit ça fait un peu cher pour ce qu'on a eu !

Positionnement.

Cons:

Manque d'hygiène dans les sanitaires, manque de papiers toilette, cabine de douche en très mauvais état. Trouver des seringues usagers dans la chambre, des traces étranges sur les meubles, prise dénudées. Draps ''propre'' mais avec des tâches. Mauvaises odeurs dans les couloirs et dans la chambre. On a l'impression que les personnes qui passent dans le couloir sont dans la même pièce que nous. Équipements non présents alors que noté dans l'annonce, obligation de les réclamer, une fois récupéré, s'avère être cassé. Les photos dans l'annonce ne sont pas contractuelles. Petit déjeuner très médiocre.
