Pros:

Lovely location, quality decor, attentive staff

Cons:

Elevators do NOT go to upper floors but instead to very precarious stops between floors that could not possibly serve someone with limited mobility. To reach the handrail requires navigating a very slender step that serves as a landing. Also, while the in-room beverage service generously provided tea, chocolate, sugary biscuit and milk, there was no life-sustaining coffee.

Nice little boutique hotel
Pros:

This is a boutique kind of hotel and it is simple in the amenities it offers. However, you have so much around you it doesn't matter. The staff were excellent. I booked an airport pickup which was a blessing. The room was small but comfortable and clean. From memory it was 4th floor and the window opened to a balconette with a view. There was no outside noise. The hotel is easy walking distance to Notre Dame, San Chapelle, the Marais district and not too far to the Louvre. Anything else is a taxi, but I really liked this little hotel. I walked around a lot at night on my own and felt completely safe.

Hôtel parfaitement situé pour profiter des environs à pied, propre et calme, nous recommandons.

Chambre propre, espace optimisé malgré la petite superficie, très lumineuse et calme.

Unmatched central location - stayed many times and will continue.
Pros:

We’ve stayed here many times and will stay again. This room was very small compared to other rooms we’ve stayed in at the hotel, but it did have a second floor window that opened to the street below. The location is exceptional, with Notre Dame just steps way with many other walkable landmarks. Their airport shuttle service is reasonably priced and recommended. The Ile has a nice neighborhood feel to it, even during peak tourist times.

Cons:

Nothing. For us, it’s perfect. (Small rooms a minor inconvenience.)
