Obras em torno do hotel, com muita poeira, lama e barulho. Restaurante com pratos muito caros e em pequena quantidade

Voltando em São Paulo ficarei com certeza no Mercure Nações Unidas.
Pros:

Fiquei apenas um final de semana e foi tudo perfeito: localização ótima, quarto super bem cuidado, lindo, cortesias de chás e os básicos de ótimos hotéis, como secador, closet com cabides (ferro de passar e tábua, caso você mesma queira fazer), sabonetes, shampoo e condicionador de ótima qualidade, ambiente climatizado (no quarto, assim que entra, já encontra a temperatura ajustada e não precisa ficar mexendo no ar-condicionado toda hora), silencioso, apesar de uma obra da prefeitura bem na porta do hotel, ótima acústica, funcionários atenciosos e cordiais (todos). E o café da manhã é espetáculo para todos os gostos. Obrigada!

What you expect, you get, and well done.
Pros:

Staff is friendly, breakfast is good in quality and variety, as in all my previous visits. This consistency is important for me.

Cons:

The room has a kitchen with doors that close. Room service forgot to clean the floor there, perhaps because it was close. Not a major issue.

Cons:

Muito barulho por causa da obra que estava na frente. O acesso também mudou e ficou um pouco mais difícil. Mas nada dramático. Deu pra descansar mesmo assim.
