Obsługa, sniadanie, czystość wzorcowe. Sam hotel, opłata za parking dyskalifikują obiekt.

Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Urozmaicone, "full wypas" pod każdym względem. Czysto i miła obsługa.

Cons:

Pokoje określiłabym "późny Gierek". Hotel wymaga doinwestowania do obecnych standardów. Łazienka po prostu brzydka, stare kafelki, stare rozwiązania infrastrukturalne.Za karygodne uznaję opłatę za parking, podczas gdy hotel gościł kilkudziesięciu gości, parking był pusty. Opłata ok. 30 zł. Informacja w ofercie, iż prawo do otrzymania faktury przepada, jeśli nie zgłoszę chęci jej otrzymania dobę wcześniej, to niedopuszczalne nadużycie.

Pros:

Pokoje, a szczególnie łazienki bardzo czyste, mimo, że pokoje mają swoje lata; a nie łatwo utrzymać jest taką czystość w 25 - 30 letniej łazience. Bardzo miła, uprzejma obsługa, w tym room service. Sprawna klimatyzacja.

Obiekt ma swoje lata, hotel - na moje oko - był oddany do użytku w bieżącej formie we wczesnych latach 2000. Ale to nie wada, to cecha, co widać na zdjęciach, chociaż architektura budynku sugeruje raczej lata 70 - 80. Cena 1300 zł za dwie noce ze śniadaniem gdzieś na końcu świata w tym standardzie to dalece za dużo, szczególnie, że - jak wspomniałem - hotel zatrzymał się we wczesnych latach dwótysęcznych, no może klimę dołożono później. Pierwsza wtopa dotyczy śniadań - pierwszego dnia zabrakło pieczywa i jajecznicy - przez może pół godziny nie zostało to uzupełnione, później nie wiem bo skończyłem jeść. Drugiego dnia Pieczywo było - chleb był zamarznięty, a z wierzchu odgrzany w piekarniku/piecyku. Wtopa druga - w pokoju drugiego wieczora przestała działać elekryczność - w pewnym momencie zgasło światło. Uprzejma Pani z recepcji podjęła interwencję, ale jedyne co mogła nam zaproponować to zmiana pokoju - i chyba w niższym standardzie, a zapłaciliśmy za wyższy - ale tutaj mogę się mylić. Korzystałem z hoteli sieci mercure, ten był, mówiąc eufemistycznie, najmniej zachęcający. Gdyby cena była niższa - spojrzałbym inaczej, ale standard dalece poniżej ceny usługi. Daję 7 bo nie chcę zaniżać średniej, ale powinienem ocenić na 4-5.
