The food and dining experience was excellent. They appear to have a great chef. The waiters were also exceptional and the wine was first rate.

We enjoyed our stay, and used the hot springs pool everyday. We would definitely return.
Pros:

The staff always remembered our names! We enjoyed lounging in and around the pool and bar area. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very nice roof top restaurant. Comfortable and casual atmosphere. Great view of Arenal Volcano!

Cons:

We were concerned that our room was close to the road and would be noisy, but the staff took very good care of us and everything was quiet at bed time. More outdoor activities onsite would have helped, maybe even walking paths around the resort.

Prima voor 3 nachten maar zou er niet nog een keer naar toe gaan
Pros:

De locatie is wel handig, in de buurt van park etc

Cons:

Wij sliepen in een soort donker souterrain met geen uitzicht. Veel herrie rondom het zwembad en een drukke ontbijt zaal met een cappuccino voor $7,50 . De aapjes rondom hotel erg leuk.

La ubicación , el trato del personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en lo q uno necesita , las aguas termales propias y el spa

Antiguo , solo había un ascensor ya q el otro estaba malogrado
Le falta remodelar ya q se ven mal gastadas las alfombras , y el piso en algunas partes , las habitaciones necesitan mejorar
