Lieber ins Adina im Westend...
Pros:

Die Lage ist top, alle Zimmer haben zumindest einen kleinen Balkon.

Cons:

Renovierung ist eine Sache, allgemeine Sauberkeit eine Andere. Unser Zimmer war ziemlich schmuddelig mit Flecken auf dem Teppich, die man durchaus hätte reinigen können und unser Herd war zB auch nicht sauber, zum Teil staubig, nicht schön... auch im Restaurant fiel der schmutzige Spiegel sehr negativ aus und die flackernde Lampe über dem Tisch war auch nicht gerade angenehm. Das Frühstück selbst war zT ungenießbar.

Pros:

Large room and pretty close to old town.

Cons:

Bathroom was dirty and had no soap at all. Bathroom lighting was absolutley horrible. Bed was uncomfortable and Pillows were very thin (practically non- existent)

Shockingly badly maintained for €270/night.. Let's down an otherwise decent brand.
Pros:

Spacious room, reasonable location - quiet street, near riverfront park

Cons:

Filthy outdoor terrace attached to our room. We paid extra for this, only to discover one chair full of holes (we were 2 guests), discarded cigarettes and chewing gum scattered around, weeds growing through tiles. Complained to front desk and was told "cleaners are not allowed out there". No cleaning materials (washing up liquid, cloth or sponge are usual in a kitchenette), tissue box empty, layer of dust on towel rail in bathroom.

Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Es war alles da. Lage ist super. Nicht weit vom Bahnhof, fußläufig zum Zentrum und Main.

Cons:

Die Bauarbeiten vor der Tür. Und es war sehr warm im Zimmer. Wir haben leider nicht herausgefunden, wie man die Heizung regulieren konnte 😅

Jederzeit wieder
Pros:

Top Lage zur Oper, zum Main und zur Innenstadt.
Tolle große Studio Zimmer, mit Küchenzeile und sogar Waschmaschine und Trockner. Schwimmbad u. Sauna waren schon frühmorgens nutzbar.
Umfangreiches Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Garage war mit 35 Euro Pro Tag recht teuer.
