Great place to stay in Shenzen
Pros:

Had a brilliant 3-night stay at Shenzhen Grand Skylight Garden Hotel and couldn't recommend it more!
The facilities were fantastic throughout our stay. The spa and massage treatments were an absolute highlight — so relaxing and exactly what we needed after a busy day exploring. The room itself was perfect too — comfortable, clean, and really well looked after.
What really made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was warm and attentive, but a special mention has to go to Nelson from the Customer Service Team. He went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish.
Great hotel, great service, great location. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Shenzhen. Highly recommend!

Servizi assenti. Piscina impraticabile senza nessuna struttura di accoglienza, no lettini, no sdraio. Nessuna possibilità di relax con corsi di nuoto per persone esterne alla struttura che rendevano l’ambiente non praticabile per chi non fosse iscritto ai corsi. Assolutamente inaccettabile

Pros:

Great hotel in a fantastic location! The room view was outstanding, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful special thanks to Mr Henry Ye for his help and assistance, the lovely cleaning lady, and the sweet lady in the restaurant. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend!
