Atención deficiente y limpieza de la habitación mejorable

Cons:

La atención del personal de recepción es bastante mejorable. Durante el check-in apenas nos dieron explicaciones sobre el funcionamiento del hotel, los horarios de las comidas, la piscina, etc. Además, daba la impresión de que estaban más pendientes de sus teléfonos móviles que de atendernos y facilitar el proceso de entrada.

En cuanto a la habitación, la limpieza también dejó bastante que desear. Al cerrar las cortinas encontramos un calcetín de huéspedes anteriores debajo de ellas, además de pelos por diferentes zonas de la habitación. En general, consideramos que la limpieza debería ser mucho más exhaustiva.

Excellent value for money, great hotel
Pros:

Great location, a 10 min walk to the closest train station, close to shops, eateries etc. Staff were lovely and accommodating. I think they upgraded our room! The room was on the Executive Floor and was amazing. Huge king size room, very comfortable, clean with beautiful views and the best shower we had all trip! The breakfast was incredible! Best breakfast of any of the hotels during our stay in China. I enjoyed a tea at the Teahouse on the 12th floor which was delightful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The pool area could use some love, didn't feel very inviting - we were looking forward to unwinding by the pool but there wasn't any sun loungers or ambience. Hotel would benefit from a decent bar. It has a 'bar' on the ground floor, but it only serves beer.

Great place to stay in Shenzen
Pros:

Had a brilliant 3-night stay at Shenzhen Grand Skylight Garden Hotel and couldn't recommend it more!
The facilities were fantastic throughout our stay. The spa and massage treatments were an absolute highlight — so relaxing and exactly what we needed after a busy day exploring. The room itself was perfect too — comfortable, clean, and really well looked after.
What really made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was warm and attentive, but a special mention has to go to Nelson from the Customer Service Team. He went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish.
Great hotel, great service, great location. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Shenzhen. Highly recommend!
