Hôtel parfait, calme et avec des prestations de qualité
Pros:

Nous avons été surclassé dans la chambre sur le toit de l’hôtel avec jacuzzi extérieur, la chambre était spacieuse et propre, la literie très confortable
Le buffet était très varié et avec des produits de qualités
Le personnel était très agréable, mention spéciale à Maria qui a été adorable, a organisé nos excursions et location de voiture et prenait des nouvelles de notre séjour tous les jours

A fantastic stay!
Pros:

Lovely hotel, clean,comfortabie, great location. Reception and restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was extensive and very delicious.

Cons:

Everything is perfect! This is my third time visiting the hotel and I would come back again. We would definitely stay here again if we were to visit the area again.

Beautiful hotel in city centre, excellent staff ftom reception, restaurant and bar, and domestic teams, all lovely and helpful.
Rioms were immaculate, pool area was lovely and cool to sit at. Overall, great experience for a short stay.

Cons:

Only slightly disappointed at the lack of options in thr buffet restaurant, but fine for the sise of hotel and short stay

We love our stay at Atrium. The hotel staff were nice and very helpful. It's just exceeded our expectations and it's a plus that our room got upgraded.
Well definitely coming back.
Hotel location is perfect. Near to the beach and restaurants. The hotel has bar and restaurant.
Good breakfast and a good size og swimming pool.

Very good hotel
Pros:

Wery good hotel close to the beach (200 meters away). We had normal room but got best room in hotel with jacuzzi. And all floor was ours. Air conditioning is very good. Also the pool is good size. Food is good but it lacking variety of different foods.

Εξαιρετικό φαγητό και στο πρωινό και στο βραδινό μπουφέ. Εξαιρετική υποδοχή και εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό σε κάθε πόστο. Όμορφο περιβάλλον γύρω από την πισίνα που βοηθούσε πολύ τη χαλάρωση του κάθε επισκέπτη.

Cons:

Η ζωντανή μουσική που υπάρχει κάποια βράδια, μπορεί να είναι ενοχλητική ειδικά για όσα δωμάτια είναι κοντά στο event.

Pros:

L’accueil , la gentillesse à la réception, la propreté le calme la proximité de la plage, la restauration était excellente.

Cons:

Ce serait bien qu’une personne accueille au restaurant car la première fois on ne connaît pas le fonctionnement et où se placer.

Новий великий стильний готель із дуууже смачними стравами в ресторані
Pros:

Все, особливо страви в ресторані (щодня інші, дуууже цікаві й смачні), дизайн і читота готелю, персонал, наявність басейну (без підігріву). До набережної/моря - 5 хв, до центру - 20 хв. Радимо цей готель!!

Cons:

Вікна нашого номера виходили на шумну й загазовану 24/7 вулицю, - хіба що їх взагалі не відкривати :-( ( Однак, переважна більшість номерів розташовані краще ).
Вночі трохи заважало миготіння різних датчиків, могло раптом включитись все світло й кондиціонер, але то дрібниці.... Парковки власної готель не має, як і мабуть майже всі готелі Ретимно
