Es tranquilo. Buena comunicación con el centro. Fran, de la recepción, nos trató francamente bien. Una suerte haberlo encontrado.

Det godt ophold med central placering og lækkert værelse
Pros:

Store værelser, god seng, køkken / køleskab, aircondition (pool /spa - nåede desværre ikke at bruge det)

Cons:

Gulvtæppet var noget slidt på gangen og der lugtede af mados - der kunne måske godt have brug for udluftningssystem. (Dog det lækre værelse i super god stand overskyggede de negative ting)

Goede kamers op een toplocatie
Pros:

Kamer is wat ruimer dan een gemiddelde hotelkamer. Goed bed, prima badkamer. De locatie is vooral heel top. Vlakbij het centraal station en een tramhalte praktisch voor de deur. Prima uitvalsbasis om Berlijn te verkennen.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niks, we hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt of andere faciliteiten. Verwacht niet teveel van het keukentje, als je zelf zou willen koken moet je hier niet zijn. Er is een waterkoker en een magnetron.

Disappointed in the staff

The bartender/cook in the restaurant was awesome.

Cons:

My poor review is based on the staff. KLM cancelled our Thursday flight to the US and automatically rebooked us on a Wednesday flight. I went to the desk and told the clerk what happened. She told me since I booked with Booking.com that she couldn’t refund our last night’s rent, but Booking could. Booking told me when they reached out to Adina, they refused to offer a refund. This situation was totally out of our hands and Adina made a bad situation even worse.

A cozy place to relax
Pros:

Great location in the city center, close to the train station and public transport stops.
Clean, comfortable bedding. There is even a small pool! It has everything needed for a relaxing stay while traveling.

Fine but they should inform you before confirming the booking that the pool is closed

Mycket trevligt lägenhetshotell med lugnt och centralt läge
Pros:

Lugnt läge men ändå centralt. Svalt och behagligt på rummet trots 40 grader utomhus. Svalkande pool som vi njöt av varje kväll. Bra med dörr att stänga mellan sovrum och vardagsrum. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse, hotellet hade allt vi ville ha på vår resa och motsvarade helt våra förväntningar!

Cons:

Hade varit bra om det fanns laddplatser till elbil i hotellgaraget, men fanns i närheten.

Habitación amplia

Cons:

No dejan botellas de agua ni siquiera de pago en la habitación, lo normal es que te dejen agua en la nevera, teniendo en cuenta que este fin de semana las temperaturas estaban a 40 grados, al menos podrían haber dejado agua de pago.
Las almohadas no eran cómodas, eran muy blandas.
No cumple los criterios para ser un hotel 4 estrellas en mi opinión.
