Large bedroom with king size bed. Food was great with very good staff who were happy to provide decaf coffee and Earl Grey tea at breakfast. Great atmosphere in the bar and restaurant. Outside seating was plentiful and the glass box was an asset. Parking was easy and provides 3 charging spaces. Great location for Stratford-upon-Avon.
Room needs a refresh. Loose light fittings and toilet roll holder. Uncomfortable bed - bouncy and lumpy which meant a disturbed night. There was an air conditioning unit in the room, but too noisy to use at night and didn’t produce a cooling effect. Basic 24” TV seems outdated and the remote didn’t work properly. Better bedside storage in the room and large shelving in the bathroom would help.

Noisy bedroom. Above the kitchen very hot had a really bad night sleep. Poor breakfast. Poor quality ingredients. Service was very strange with some very inappropriate comments made to me and my husband which were very sexist and rude

Friendls and witty, he made a gentleman’s gesture for me and my family: he made us breakfast for 7H am, without paying for it.
Thought I booked it with but finally..I didn’t.
And he did it twice( we had two separate nights staying).
Really tried to pay for these 2 breakfasts but he refused solemenly.

Rooms smaller than they looked in photos but still pleasant.
