I could hear the air conditioning unit running outside.
La atención del chico a primera hora de la mañana fue excelente. Muy Buen desayuno. El edificio es precioso y con encanto. Habitación cómoda y muy completa. Tiene también un pub y zona exterior. Me dio pena no quedarme más días pero lo tenían completo.
No reciben los mensajes en el momento. Quisimos comunicar que llegábamos después de la hora del cierre del check in ( me di cuenta de la hora tope demasiado tarde, culpa mía) pero nadie lo leyó y tampoco cogieron el tfn. Es algo a tener en cuenta para avisarles con antelación suficiente. Pero después fueron muy amables.

Not much choice of cereal. Stairwell carpet a bit worn. Shower holder loose.
A wonderful country pub stay. The staff were friendly and the meals were excellent. The room was large and the bed comfortable.
The carpet in the hallway from the rear car park entry needs to be replaced. The cleaning of the bathrooms could have been better.

Beautiful location and hotel, very modern room with air conditioning units and fans supplied . Friendly staff , great lunch and excellent breakfast too

Pretty garden and Tudor style pub
Arriving on reception was cold. Not very welcoming. Just told to sign a form, took payment and pointed to direction of room. Room was very drab, smelled very musty and had a couple of huge spiders.
Good location close to Stratford upon Avon and easy to get an Uber. The evening menu was good quality.and bar was well stocked. Outside seating area was a godsend in the hot weather.
Rooms and restaurant were suffocatingly hot with only a cheap desk fan that had no effect whatsoever. Made sleep impossible. This needs to be addressed especially with hot summer weather. Breakfast was average with very limited choices if cooked breakfast wasn't wanted.
The staff were wonderful and the restaurant was fantastic - we were able to eat in the garden and the food was excellent!

Bed was comfortable and the room had good facilities, toiletries, tea coffee etc.

With the weather being extremely hot (which the hotel cannot do anything about) but a bigger fan in the room would have been good. It’s an older building so I’m not sure they can air on fitted. Part of window that opened was quite small so no air coming into room when the temperature outside cooled.
Lovely Historic Pub in a nice village. Breakfast was good quality
Sink was broken in the room, power socket by bed was noisy/beeping - had to use a pillow to cover. Mattress was older and not very comfortable. Could use a mattress topper or new mattress.
