Great stay at the Marriott in Kelowna! I like that breakfast was included. It would have been good to be able to find a place to sit for breakfast but we decided just to sit in the main lobby. It is a lovely hotel. Thank you
Breakfast was super busy, and stuff was running out. No fault of the staff because it was hard to even move around to get your food let alone refill hot water etc...Maybe a few more places to sit and back up hot waters/refills ready to go?
The room was well equipped, not sure 2 TVs were necessary as they were mounted only 1 mt apart.
Breakfast options were plentiful. Location was great.
Check in and Check out was slow and cumbersome. Room service staff lining the corridor in the morning waiting for rooms to empty was a real put off.
We really enjoyed the breakfast, the waffles were crispy and fluffy. The bacon was crispy and there were alot of options to choose from. The complimentary coffee that is available 24 hours was cold but still good. We reheated it in our microwave.
The bed was comfortable , the room was clean .
We had a pull out couch for our kids but we were missing the pillows and blankets for the bed.
The pool was average and there were no pool towels . So we asked for more room towels so we could use the ones we had in our room to dry off after swimming.
When we first checked in the front desk person barely looked up from the phone to address us. It took a while to check in but we were the only people at the front desk. We all urgently needed the washroom.
Whenever we needed something and had to go to the front desk the attendant barely looked up from the phone..
After we checked in , one of the staff opened our room door and attempted to come inside. They didn't apologize they just left. No one called our room to apologize.
No towels in the pool area
Add more waffle maker's ( at least two more) and designate an area for just waffle making. Each waffle takes 3 minutes to make. So having more would cut down on that line.
Provide blankets and pillows for the pull out couches

The housekeeping is nonexistent!
On check in they tell you it's every other day.
Apparently that means they'll empty the waste paper baskets.
The linens (sheets, towels, pillows) are very tired.
It could be a nice hotel if they hired some more housekeeping staff and bought some new linens.
Comfortable beds. Fridge, TV, coffee maker, A/C , free Wifi worked well. Enjoyed the varied hot and cold items available for the free breakfast. Though not able to respond due to other commitments, contact by email from staff asking about our stay was appreciated.
Sometimes difficult to reach staff in person to answer questions or express concerns. Alarm clock went off at 6:00am though we had not set it and no instructions on how to operate it. Iron did not get very hot even on the highest setting. Pair of men's underwear left on the floor under the shelf in the bathroom by a previous guest. Cleaning staff did not come to do straightening up or replace towels during the three days we were there.

Clean friendly and convenient for everything I needed
Clean and well kept property, staff were friendly, and continental breakfast was very good quality. Staff were quick to provide us with a free wine tasting voucher to nearby vineyard. If you like golf, ask for a balcony overlooking the golf course for some free entertainment.
We were unable to turn on the gas fireplace on the second floor balcony, but the balcony itself had comfortable seating and was enjoyable nonetheless.

I received a call from hotel to my room after 9pm
I was sleeping and woken up by this call. The person called to ask how I was enjoying my stay so far.
That call startled me awake then I had much difficulty getting back to sleep as a result of it.
NOT COOL
free breakfast stops at 10 am some of us stay in bed to rest need a secondary free breakfast after the kid hockey teams eat it up .
