Absolutamente todo. La atención, amplitud, comodidad y equipamiento de las habitaciones. La atención del personal de recepción. La limpieza, todo está impoluto y atención al detalle (reponían todos los días café y botellas de agua). Ubicación excepcional. Mención especial a Jennifer de recepción, que estuvo pendiente de que todo fuera perfecto. Sin duda, volveremos.

La localisation de l’hôtel est idéale pour visiter New York. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le fait que la chambre soit spacieuse ainsi que le confort de la literie. Le personnel était très accueillant. Petite salle de sport pratique.

Cons:

Le bruit des climatisations situées à l’extérieur de l’hôtel est très présent et on l’entendait beaucoup dans notre chambre.

Pros:

Brak śniadań w hotelu, ale obok market z super bajglami i kanapkami. Sprzątane codziennie, lokalizacja rewelacja, wszędzie blisko, central park, times square, rockefeller w zasięgu spaceru, dobry dojazd z lotniska air train i metrem. Miły personel. Całkiem wygodne łóźka.

Cons:

Średnia kawa w pokoju ( kapsułki, dla mnie za mocna), głośno od klimatyzacji ( agregat na zewnątrz na dachu budynku obok)

Excellent hotel with a great location!
Pros:

Close to many landmarks and the subway. The rooms were big. The bed was comfortable, and the entire staff from the doorman to the person who clean the room were exceptional people. I also appreciated how the front staff would welcome us back each time we returned from an outing.

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für einen mehrtägigen New York-Trip
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels (besser gesagt mehr eine Art Ferienwohnung, die von Hilton gemanagt wird) ist sehr gut. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß oder mit der Metro (Station in unmittelbarer Nähe) erreichbar.

Cons:

Trotz Gold Membership Status gab es keinerlei Vorteile (Upgrade, Frühstück, WLAN) - identische Behandlung wie alle anderen Gäste. Aber anscheinend gibt es in ganz New York diese Vorteile nicht mehr - leider!

Wunderbares Zimmer mit schönen Bad. Die Lage ist echt ein Gamechanger, so nah am Central Park und U-Bahn nur wenige Meter entfernt.
Ideal für eine Woche NY.
