Great location poor service
Pros:

Location. The room was clean

Cons:

No service, the staff is poor, zero service, basically is an airbnb, i had to request to clean my room, the pool area is gorgeus but they dont clean, the chairs outdoor were dirty and nobody cleaned for the 4 days we were there. You can swim at the beach in front of the hotel.

Best so far on the Island !
Pros:

The hotel and staff were super friendly and helpful, we have stayed at numerous other sites on Isla, but this is now our favorite. If you want quiet, peaceful and close to great snorkeling, this is you place....

Amazing beautiful location close to everything.
Pros:

Location is perfect. Pool and grounds were very pretty, right on the beach and a short walk from all the restaurants and great beaches. Relaxing place to enjoy a swim, the sound of the ocean and sun.

Cons:

Room needs a little TLC, the sliding glass door was very difficult to close. Had to use both hands and some force to close it properly (Room 2). Front door would stay open unless it was locked, so we would have to use the patio entrance unless we wanted to carry our key. Minor thing.

Perfect in every way.
Pros:

Beautiful property, rooms were not fancy but perfect for us and you must consider the very reasonable price. So very close to great restaurants. The star of this property is the pool and beach!

I have no complaints, only praise for this gem

No se puede nadar en la playa del hotel.
Pros:

El lobby.

Cons:

El cuarto era muy oscuro y muy ruidoso. Las camas muy aguadas y estaba sucia la habitación. No se puede nadar en la playa, porque son puras rocas.
El personal del hotel no es nada amable ni ayuda.

Amazing views, peaceful, great location. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Right on the beach, which is peaceful. Can watch the sunrise. Quiet through the day yet a short walk to Playa Norte and Miguel Hidalgo. Friendly staff, clean facilities, great spot.

Pros:

Северный пляж - 3 минуты пешком. Поэтому в бассейн даже не пошли. Он и не нужен в такой близости к северному пляжу, на котором есть все условия. Очень чисто.

Cons:

Напоминает 3х звездные отели в Италии. На ресепшн сразу написано - дети должны вести себя тихо, то есть они не children friendly. Из окна был вид на какой-то двор там где они кладут все ненужное. Душ очень слабый, трудности с регуляцией температуры воды. Совершенно не стоит того что эта комната нам стоила.

SKIP THIS HOTEL - the rest of Isla and people who live here are nice
Pros:

The ocean pool - that is it. Wish I could find something nice, but this place is bad all around.

Cons:

The customer service at this hotel is awful. The girls that work in the front are rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. In addition to their terrible attitudes, this hotel didn't have water. NO WATER. And, they lied about why they didn't have water. The whole island had water except for them. Poorly designed hotel

The location was beautiful. However the hotel needs to up it’s game to match the setting

Cons:

Room was worn with peeling paint. Service was rude most times and the staff lied about availability when I requested a room change based on noise level of the HVAC system immediately outside the door (room 10). Lack of introduction to property and its few amenities. Unwillingness to hold luggage in a secure location. Sargassum built up (not their fault) but no attempt by staff to create a bath to the sea, which honestly would have taken 10 minutes.

We had a great time & would go back!
Pros:

Great location, close to everything & loved hearing the waves crashing on the beach from our room.

Cons:

The pool was quite cold & they only allowed 1 beach towel pp per day, and our towels were soaked by the afternoon.
