A great location and a great, friendly, helpful staff - especially the front desk team. They can’t do enough for you! My room was very comfortable- everything worked and very clean. The breakfast is SO good - bountiful and fresh - with free Hungarian sparkling wine - if you want that at 7am! Highly recommend this hotel.

The reception staff were wonderful and helpful. Especially the person who checked us in gave us detailed information about our questions. Great location to visit Basilica and local restaurants. Good AC in the room.
Loved this hotel! It is a charm of a boutique hotel. The room size was larger than normal. The location was easy walking to all we wanted to see. The breakfast had all the options and the people were helpful and professional. The bar was a perfect lounge with a great bartender!
Let me start by saying that 5 stars does not do this hotel justice. It is indeed a home away from home. Rooms spacious (36m2) tastefully decorated. Price was extremely competitive. It is a 5 star hotel with prices of a 3 star hotel. Spotless clean. Breakfast more than adequate, and you get to order fresh omelets, fried or poached eggs etc. Location is perfect. In a quiet street, right by the busy and expensive Andrassy Ave. You can easily walk to the majority of the sights. But the winner for this hotel is the staff. Always smiling, always polite, and always trying to go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Mrs. Tunde , the nicest lady I have ever met, always trying to be helpful and saw her do that with all the guests who sought her help. Our 35th anniversary was made special at this hotel. Definitely returning again.
the location is great , bed was a bit odd still trying to figure it i like it , breakfast was great with all kinds of options, the air conditioning was superb!
the stuff was very helpful and nice , unfortunately they couldn't solve our issues as they were fully booked
the management should place a big warning that there is a construction site which sharing the same wall with our room! we love to take a break at noon , especially when it was so hot outside,so taking a shower and taking a small nap, it was very unpleasant with drilling and hammering from 7 till 17:00, they cleaned up the garbage only after few days .

Our stay at the Casati hotel was an wonderful experience. Rooms were great. Staff was incredible - helpful and thoughtful.
The location was central. Close to the metro, many restaurants and walking distance from a lot of landmarks
Everything was great - the room, the breakfast, the friendliness of the staff, the excellent location 2 minutes from the metro Opera. Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood and a stone's throw from the Opera House. We would definitely stay there again.
