Pros:

The staff was very helpful
The are relatively big and comfortable

Cons:

There is a construction site just near the hotel and the noise is unpleasantly loud. They start to work at 07:30 am. No one informed us about that during booking process and even in the check in nobody mentioned it

Loved Budapest, would not stay at the hotel again.
Pros:

Staff excellent ! Clean.

Cons:

Building work going on in the next door building. Woken every morning at 7.30 am, with kangoing, cement mixers, banging, tiling! Had we known this we would never have stayed here

Lovely hotel, location and staff!!
Pros:

Everything was just so great!
Really charming boutique hotel with lovely staff. Everything needed for breakfast.
Great location and you can also visit/use the sister hotel facility.
Quiet room and even though they think of the “minor things” such as earplugs beside bed.
I can highly recommend to others and would love to return to the hotel.

Excellent customer service!
Pros:

We had the best experience with Tunda the front desk assistant. Due to the construction noise next to the hotel, Tunda went out of her way to hire a private driver to take us to the airport when time to check out as a way of expressing her gratitude for our inconvenience. The hotel provided the best breakfast.
