Pros:

i liked the amenities, breakfast, pool, hot tub, gym

Cons:

they only had the good breakfast on the weekends, not the weekday. for the whole 7 days we have stayed there, housekeeping only came 3 times, after we had to tell the front office about it which they were super nice about it. 2nd time at this hotel and the housekeeping has gone downhill.

Average. Expected it to be top notch. Maple grove area and all!

Cons:

Cleanliness of room, crumbs on pull out couch, in mattress. Mattress was a pos spring mattress. Stains on couch cushions. Spider web on wall/ ceiling. Pool was nearly hot tub temp. I bet 90 degrees plus hot tub was hotter yet. Cloudy, couldn’t see bottom.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in for our family of 6, and at a very reasonable price.
Pros:

Very affordable for a top notch hotel. The suite was very large and comfortable for our family of 6. The hot tub was one of the best I’ve ever been in; and the pool was very nice also. Breakfast was good, too!

Cons:

Unfortunately the bar/ restaurant wasn’t open… but that wouldn’t stop me from making a future reservation.

The layout of the room was great

Cons:

Terrible breakfast, bathroom was large but dirty feeling. Exhaust fan didn't work so everything in the bathroom was dripping water. Probably, no not probably, I guarantee there is lots of mold in the bathroom. LOTS! there's no way there can't be. Fridge made noise. Lack of a decent comforter on the bed. Stains on the couch. Wanted to stay at on if these for a long time. They look very nice. Based on the price I thought it should have been. Disappointed.

Breakfast was subpar. No juices, and biscuits second morning were left over from first day stay. Hard and could not be cut even with gravy over them. Give.breakfast a 2 out of 10.8

Great location and cozy stay.
Pros:

Perfect location for our trip down. Easy access and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

The layout in the rooms was kinda wonky. And there was some of the wall paper in our bathroom that was peeled away and had some slight mold on it. It didn’t affect our stay in any way. We hadn't noticed the wall paper til the morning of our 2nd day when we moved the shower curtain. Little bummed that the breakfast was already being put away around 930am when we went down. All in all we would book again, we enjoyed our time. We loved the hot tub/pool area and the patio out back.

Charging me more than they agreed to.
Pros:

I asked at front desk how much it would be to stay an extra night. The girl consulted with a manager, came back and told me $96 plus tax. I agreed to that. Got home and looked at my credit card charges later that day. They charged me $146 plus tax.

I contacted them over the next week about 8 times, asked for a manager a few times, and sent an email to a manager with no reply. No one would help me or call me back. Finally, I sent another email to a different email address and threatened reporting them if I heard nothing back. I got an email saying they would give me a partial refund. Not good enough.

I even spoke with the employee who told me I would be paying $96. She remembered the entire situation. Didn’t matter, and they refused to honor the agreement.

Be careful with your dealings with these people. Double check your bill. Even then, you may get ripped off.

Cons:

I only stayed one night. A manager said they would only charge me for one night. I thanked the lady at the front desk and told her to thank her manager.
They charged me for two nights 🧐🙃

It was a decent location but definitely won’t be staying there again.
