Le camere sono belle, pulite e confortevoli, e sotto questo aspetto il soggiorno è stato piacevole.

Purtroppo, però, l’esperienza è stata fortemente compromessa dalla totale mancanza di assistenza da parte della reception.

Lavoro nello stesso settore e cerco sempre di mettermi nei panni di chi è dall’altra parte del banco: l’empatia e la disponibilità sono alla base del nostro lavoro. In questo hotel, invece, non le ho trovate.

Durante il soggiorno era in corso un importante evento in città e trovare un taxi per rientrare in hotel era praticamente impossibile. L’albergo, inoltre, si trova piuttosto fuori mano. Ho chiamato la reception più volte chiedendo aiuto. La prima volta mi è stato risposto che la navetta non era più disponibile, nonostante fossero esattamente le 22:00 e fossi anche disposta a pagare il servizio. La seconda volta mi è stato detto che non potevano mandare direttamente un taxi a prendermi, ma avrebbero potuto chiamarne uno facendolo arrivare prima in hotel e solo dopo da me, per poi tornare nuovamente in hotel. Una soluzione senza senso, che mi sarebbe costata almeno 100 € di tassametro.

Quello che mi ha colpito maggiormente è stato il totale disinteresse nei confronti dell’ospite. Non mi aspettavo miracoli, ma almeno un tentativo di trovare una soluzione o un po’ di comprensione.

Inoltre, l’hotel dispone di un servizio navetta molto utile, ma ne sono venuta a conoscenza soltanto dopo il check-in. Sarebbe stato apprezzabile ricevere un messaggio prima dell’arrivo con le informazioni sui collegamenti, soprattutto considerando che raggiungere la struttura con i mezzi pubblici non è semplice.

Le camere meritano, ma l’accoglienza e l’assistenza sono parte integrante dell’esperienza in un hotel. Con un po’ più di attenzione, comunicazione ed empatia, il mio giudizio sarebbe stato completamente diverso.

Je recommande cet hôtel !
Pros:

L'emplacement géographique de l'hôtel est en dehors du centre ville et 20min à pied du métro le plus proche.
Vous avez meilleur temps de commander un taxi/uber depuis la gare de Milano Centrale.
Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni et le personnel est compréhensif même si nous ne parlons pas la même langue, encore merci à vous !
Les chambres étaient rangées et lits refaits chaque jours, un super travail !
L'hôtel en lui même n'est pas surpeuplé, il est calme et nous pouvons facilement y trouver un coin pour se reposer.

Cons:

Le bâtiment est très vétuste d'apparence mais cela ne dégrade pas pour autant la qualité de vie à l'intérieur.
Certaines installation comme les alentours de la piscine auraient bien besoin d'un coup de rénovation, mais encore une fois, rien de bien grave !
