We were bused to this hotel after our flight was cancelled by American Airlines after spending 5 hours on board.
We were told we were being sent to a nice hotel with dinner included.
This Hotel resembles hostel. It is old, worn and not well maintained.
We got to the Hotel after 9pm and we're hungry.
We were told that the comped dinner would be served in the lobby.
My wife and I went into the dining room and asked if we could eat there if we agreed to pay for it ourselves. Even though people were in there eating, we were told the restaurant was closed, and we would have to wait to be served dinner in the lobby with the rest of the stranded passengers from the American Airlines flight.
They finally brought out trays of food for dinner. The trays had some sort of aged dried meat and some, if you asked, with turkey along with rolls.
The food was lousy. We were treated like second class citizens. No beverages were offered even though they had a cash bar.
We ordered and had a couple of drinks at the bar (that we paid for) along with some chips and peanuts.
That was our dinner.
The staff couldn't seem to care less about us.
The staff provided offered no updates about our flight out, bus pick up etc. unless asked.
Breakfast served the next morning was OK. Nothing to write home about.

I had a two-night stay in May 2026 for a concert and thought my stay at this hotel was excellent - it really exceeded my expectations.
I was a bit hesitant when I first arrived as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and doesn't look amazing from outside, however inside it is completely different. The staff were really friendly when I checked in, and they kindly informed me about the free 5/10 minute shuttle service they do to the 2 nearby metro / train stations every 30 minutes - this was a lifesaver!! When they say 'shuttle' it's actually more of a private taxi, I used it 4 times during my three-day trip and sometimes there was just me who had booked it! This could easily be reserved even an hour/30 minutes before the scheduled time to leave which was super helpful.
I also thought the room was lovely and spacious, it was exactly like the pictures. The bathroom and shower were quite luxurious and the room was very clean (standard room with 1 king bed). The TV was quite small however I did not find that to be an issue.
Also the pool and gym are a great addition to have on the top floor, with some amazing views especially at sunset. I didn't try the hotel restaurant however there were lots of food options to order online nearby.
Overall it was great value for what I paid for and the free shuttle/taxi service was an excellent service included. I would definitely stay here again.

I honestly didn’t like anything about my stay. The hotel was unclean, which made it very uncomfortable, and the staff were disrespectful and unhelpful throughout. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I would not
My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The petals and balloons that were supposed to make the stay special were an absolute shambles and looked rushed and poorly done. The hotel itself looked extremely run down and deprived, nothing like what was expected or advertised.
Everything was overpriced for the quality provided, which made the experience even more frustrating. The cleanliness was also unacceptable — our room was not cleaned once during the entire stay, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. On top of that, the staff were disrespectful and unhelpful, making us feel unwelcome rather than valued as guests.
Overall, there was genuinely nothing good about this hotel. Between the poor condition, lack of cleanliness, overpriced services, and disappointing customer service, I would not recommend staying here.
