Austin's great location, clean, modern, and a very good value
Pros:

It was a great stay at the city of Austin. It’s a newer, very clean hotel in a convenient location, with an ideal balance of price and quality. Very conveniently located, close to everything.

I would stay again for a quick stay, no complaints
Pros:

It was clean and I had no complaints , I was there for only one night but the front desk was very helpful in accomodating me and meeting my needs.

Cons:

The second night (of the 3 night stay) they did not clean my room nor exchanged the towels. I got extra towels after requesting from the front desk; while the old towels piled up in the bathroom floor. May be house keeping staffs were shortages due to Mother’s Day.
Ice machine on my floor was broken
