Cons:

The management which dictated to me while I was speaking to her hostess. Paying for parking and breakfast and $3.50 for a bag tea which should have been in our room free& $1.50 for a banana 🍌 for breakfast. I have stayed in Austin several times never had to pay for parking or breakfast and you can bet I won’t stay here again.

Click bait
Cons:

It states free breakfast in the summary before you book but its not free and they male you pay. When we arrived in the room the bathtub had dirty water in it already we tried draining and it didn't work we contacted staff which took 3 hours to come and actually come with maintenance

Staff was so nice and it was very clean, private location

Cons:

Last time I stayed there they had free parking
I didnt like that I had to pay for parking this time especially since its not a busy area, im going to have to look for other hotels next time that offer parking.

Cons:

Air Conditioner controls didn’t work and room was cooler than I liked. Biggest complaint is that I arrived and was informed that they started charging for parking. $9.00 a day. Should have been informed at time of booking instead of it being sprung on the guest upon arrival.

If you’re going to a Texas football game it’s great location outside of that. It’s just decent but at least no bedbugs.
Pros:

The convenience that it was only 5 to 10 minutes away from the location we needed to be picked up from the bus station.

Cons:

The bed and the pillows can be a lot better please improve as my back and my neck are hurting and so is my wife’s.
Wish there was complementary breakfast and/or why is there pay to park when we’re already paying for a hotel staying?
