Pros:

Great hotel
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!

Amazing! Will definitely stay there again!
Pros:

It was easy to find, extremely clean, amazing staff and the beds were so comfortable!!

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t the greatest, but I didn’t mind it.

Continental breakfast was very good

Cons:

We required an accessible room as my husband is in a wheelchair. The shower was a wheel in, with a bench provided but the floor needs to be sloped better to the drain to avoid water running out towards the door. We were told that would happen but it really needs to be looked at. Also being an accessible room the bed is very high. Our daughter was with us thankfully, or it may have been hard for him and myself to get him in bed

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Amenities available, cleanliness of rooms, spaciousness of rooms.
Cleaning staff was SO friendly and polite in the morning. Desk staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast/serving staff was very quick and responsive in maintaining a clean and sanitary area.

Cons:

Selection of breakfast food could be improved (ie. conniving looks old and dry, and there should have been a greater selection of fresh fruit).
The floor we stayed on smelled of very strong weed when we arrived.
Walls/floors are THIN - our neighbours above sounded like a herd of elephants.

We most likely will stay here again next time we are in Kingston
Pros:

The staff were courteous, hotel was clean, good variety of food items at breakfast, very centrally located to other shops, restaurants etc........We have stayed here before so we know what to expect.

Cons:

The parking situation was okay but very crowded on the night we were there. We had to parking in behind not adjacent to the main door. However, it was not bad.

Pros:

Breakfast was decent. Availability of Laundry was a plus (detergent is owner responsibility, which is fine). Two lifts was good.

Cons:

I was charged for parking - 6$ per day - not that it's too much, but they could've easily adjusted in the room itself.

Staff didn't have a clue what MAT was.

There were kids jumping in the pool and causing nuisance, none of the staff bothered.

There's heaps of dust below beds, now that's pathetic.
