Great stay , quiet and easy to get to.
Pros:

Staff was friendly , extra amenity library , laundry and gym available. Kitchen utensils provided. Clean and spacious room. Great insulation between rooms ( no noise or cooking smells from other rooms). Very clean.

Cons:

Parking lot was awkward and small.

Would not stay again but might still park
Pros:

The long term parking for the best price I could find.
The shuttle and the front desk girl were wonderful. The shuttle had already stopped when I got there but she sent someone anyway. It was so appreciated!

Cons:

The room smelled weird and the bed wall backed up to a machinery room that had a motor inside that went on every 5 minutes. Little sleep being that sleep was the whole point of getting this room instead of driving 1:30 hrs home at midnight after a long day flying. I wish I had driven home or slept at a rest area in the car.

Great place to stay before or after flying out of PDX
Pros:

Hotel was very close to Jiffy Park, so we had easy access in the morning to park our car before flying out, without any traffic hassles. Our stay was very nice - comfortable beds, well stocked kitchenette, well maintained property. Lots of facilities nearby that can be accessed on local roads (I-205 is often a traffic mess).

Request of bottom floor, received confirmation, upon arrival was on the 2nd, down graded room to be on bottom floor.
After checking in, during parking and unpacking, the only ADA/placard parking was full was told to park out back, the only entrance to this place is through the lobby, once you exit a hallway door to unpack, you must walk ALL the way around to the original entrance, it’s not safe at night, inconvenient during the day! Other hotels nearby with working e it/re-enter! !

Me gusto el lugar, estaba limpio y cómodo, la ubicación muy buena y los precios.

Lo que no estuvo bien fue la persona del mostrador que nos atendió al llegar, no hizo bien su trabajo ya que había reservado parqueo para 3 semanas para mi carro y no se dio cuenta y no nos dio bien la información que si no le pregunto a la otra persona no se que hubiera pasado con mi carro!

A very spacious and well equipped room in a convenient airport location.
Pros:

My room had a kitchenette and was unexpectedly spacious. I appreciated having a large desk and a comfortable lounge chair.

Good value for the money with great staff, but a bit dated with a parking lot for compact cars.
Pros:

Location was convenient near several highways. The staff was very friendly and made a point to greet you when you enter the lobby. The room was large.

Cons:

The parking lot was tiny and made even worse by full size pickups of guests jutting out well past their parking spots. One side of the King bed had seen 99% usage and the springs had given up. I found the other side usable.

This hotel offered a cozy, comfy studio suitable for an extended stay.
Pros:

The room had good lighting, a well equipped kitchen, a roll-in shower -- and a recliner! In spite of being near PDX with great freeway access, the room was quiet.
