Reception staff, Restaurant staff and cleaning staff in this hotel are very professional
Pros:

Beautiful Hotel, prepared breakfast for athletes around 5am was something good. Even if you check out early take away breakfast was something special.
Next year I will be there again

Cons:

Lift was not working for 2 days

Super place short distanced walk to V &A & port if your cruising.
Pros:

Close proximity to port & V&A perfect for a day stop off from our cruise ship

Cons:

The only complaint was bath in bathroom wasn’t clean but everything else was super. Think it was an oversight we didn’t use it but just an observation

Overall a convenient base for sightseeing with some very minor issues.
Pros:

Location: Excellent, very close to the waterfront and major tourist attractions.
Cleanliness: The room and public areas were kept clean.
Responsiveness: Staff reacted quickly when I asked for help or service.

Cons:

Room setup: I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids but the room was prepared only for two people. It took time and multiple trips to reception to get missing towels and linen supplied.
Hot water issues: During the last two evenings there was only cold water in the shower, which was unpleasant after long days exploring Cape Town.

Lärm von der Strasse auch im Mitteltrakt gut hörbar
Schmuddeliger Teppich in Schlafzimmer
Personal beim Frühstück sehr unmotiviert und füllt nicht nach. Muss immer wieder nachgefragt werden und dauert sehr, sehr lange.
Cappuccino, Kaffee erst nach einer halben Stunde und nach Reklamieren erhalten, trotz weniger Gäste. Absolut nicht gut.
Obwohl abgebildet keine Waschmaschine in der Küche.
Leider kein Late Check infolge ausgebucht nicht möglich, was es aber geben kann. Keine Möglichkeit zum Duschen vorhanden.

Pros:

There was no screen to separate the bathroom from the bedroom but everything else was immaculate 😊

Cons:

That the lift in block C was out of order for 3 days, we were on floor 3 and we had to carry our 23kg bags each down 3 floors at the end of our stay and the hotel didn’t fix the lift ASAP to avoid that situation. There was no communication or assistance to help us with our bags.
