Nice hotel and experience
Pros:

We stayed in a V Level room which is a no brainer for future trips, breakfast in Momenti is a chilled out time of day with friendly and efficient service. Sunbeds in the grass area with snacks and refreshments supplied all day is a nice touch. Staff have been helpful at all times. The room is very nice, clean and comfortable. We visited the sister hotel (President) as we could use the sunbeds for free but we thought the Lacroma was a nicer hotel aesthetically on first impression. The local area has some nice beach bars and resteraunts, we went into Debrovnik 3 times which is easily accessible by taxi or bus, e personally used Uber. Will definitely be returning.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Valamar Lacroma Hotel is lovely. We we're checked in by Gabrijela who was lovely & friendly. We had a superior room with a garden view over looking Dinner in the sky. The room was spacious with a good size bathroom. The hotel is clean & bright. The staff are very friendly & helpful. Good selection of breakfast buffet. Good size indoor & outdoor swimming pool with lovely views. You can use the President beach which is a short walk away. It's a stoney beach but lovely, you can get your towels for free but have to pay for the sunloungers & umbrella which you get for half price. The Old Town is a 10 minute bus ride for €2.50 each way but it can get busy. We had a 3 day pass which includes the bus. We had a great time at Lacroma and would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Excellent friendly staff but too much of a conference feel for us.
Pros:

Staff amazing. Upgraded to V level.

Cons:

Too conference feel…we were swamped with large numbers on terrace, at breakfast and around the hotel which made it feel like a work trip.

Excellent food
Pros:

We dined in the V Level Momenti restaurant nightly, the menu was well thought out, tasty & our waiters were very friendly and knowledgeable when it came to wine recommendations.

Fab hotel!
Pros:

Hotel was really clean, bathrooms and room was much nicer then expected, the valamar app tells you all about the hotel and all you need to know as well as room service! Close to the bus stop for the old town although it was quite busy! You can walk around all the sister hotels which are connected and signposted well:) It was one of the best 4 star hotels I’ve ever stayed at I would say!! The only downside was the aircon was not cooling down the room, the staff said they would turn it down there end a few times but it didn’t feel much colder!! Luckily it wasn’t to warm when we were there! But overall the hotel and staff were amazing!

Fantastic hotel in a lovely location with great food. We loved it!
Pros:

A beautiful hotel in a great location. The swimming pools were lovely and it was nice to have the option of an indoor pool. There were plenty of sun beds and no problems to get one each day with umbrellas. We were half board and we thought the food was exceptional. There was an incredible choice for Breakfast and Dinner. We loved it. Our waiter Boban was brilliant. There was live music each evening too which was lovely. There nearby Maro World offered lots for children too.

Cons:

No complaints we had a wonderful stay. Dinner is at 7 which was fine for us but perhaps a bit late for families with younger children.
