Hadde en aircondition som ikke virket , 24 grader på rommet . Meldte fra, tekniker kom og ingenting ble bedre. Var i kontakt med resepsjonen flere ganger og fikk stadig nye forklaringer på at det ikke var noe galt selv om det fortsatt var 24 grader på rommet.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Great location with bus just outside to lapad and dubrovnik old town. Beach in the near by sister hotel.
You had to pay to use the sun loungers in the president hotel. When staying in the Lacroma hotel they should be free, especially when spending money on food and drink. Minor complaint but fresh orange juice at breakfast would be a nice touch as the one available is like an orange cordial.
La habitación orientada al mar ofrece unas vistas espectaculares y unas puestas de sol extraordinarias. También destacar la buena calidad y variedad del desayuno. Por último, todo el personal del hotel es muy amable y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar.

Gyönyörű, jól felszerelt szálloda komplexum. A személyzet rendkívül kedves volt. A szobák tágasak és jól felszereltek. Az óváros könnyen megközelíthető taxival és tömegközlekedéssel egyaránt. A tengerpart, a wellness, a medencék, az éttermek szintén nagyon jók voltak.
A szoba könnyen felmelegedett és a légkondicionáló pedig túl hangos volt, hogy éjszaka folyamatosan menjen, emiatt - aki érzékeny ilyenre - fel kellett kelni éjszaka néhány perce, hogy újra lehűtse a szobát. Sajnos a mi szobánk túl közel volt egy külső ipari géphez, emiatt ha az ablakot éjszaka kinyitottad, akkor annak a hangját hallottad, ami szintén hangos volt.

O ar condicionado não foi suficiente para esfriar o quarto. Passamos calor em todas as noites.
Nosso frigobar estava quebrado e não foi consertado em toda a nossa estadia, apesar de termos sinalizado.
Todas as vezes que limpavam o quarto não deixavam toalhas de banho para cada um de nós, tínhamos que ligar na recepção e pedir.
Great property with alot of space, very clean
When we checked in, the welcome message on the TV displayed the wrong name. There was no fridge or minibar in the room, nor were there any bottles of water. We had booked a room with a queen-size bed but found two single beds with a 10 cm gap between them.
