Las instalaciones espectaculares, piscina, spa, cercanía al mar

Cons:

El aseo de las habitaciones era malo, solo estiraban las camas, en 4 días nunca cambiaron sábanas ni toallas.
Para entrar a la playa situada en el hotel valamar president ( misma cadena) a pocos metros había que pagar 25 euros solo por no estar alojados en President ( Lo Peor)

Great hotel, a little too far from Dubrovnik however enough there for pool lovers or those who don’t mind a 10- 15 min w
Pros:

Free upgrade, facilities weren’t crowded, food was excellent as was the V class pool area.

Cons:

A little isolated though there were plenty of Uber/Taxis available. Rude waiter in the Mediterranean restaurant will never know how close he came to being rearranged, it was an isolated incident.

Buen recuerdo del hotel, la habitación para reformar
Pros:

Las instalaciones exteriores del hotel son estupendas. La piscina con toallas y hamacas cómodas, spa agradable, gimnasio muy completo...El desayuno muy variado, el personal del comedor muy atento.

Cons:

La habitación, la doy como mucho 3 estrellas. Moqueta y bañera...Algo poco esperado para el precio del hotel. En recepción fueron amables al cambiarnos a una habitación con ducha, pero lo de la moqueta parece ser que no se podía cambiar.
El aire acondicionado después de 3 días puesto día y noche conseguimos que bajara la temperatura a 23 grados. Sin albornoz ni zapatillas en la habitación. Sin nevera(el armario estaba vacío) en una habitación, y en la otra nevera estropeada.

Wonderful hotel, very nice personnel with unrealistic check out time at 10:00 AM
Pros:

Wonderful hotel within walking distance of the beach club at another hotel of the same family that guests can use. Its V Level option is worth the price difference, and we were very happy with the room, its terrace, views, and amenities. Personnel was always nice and helpful. We were given a room upgrade and 'late' checkout at 12:00 PM.

Cons:

Check out at 10:00 AM is unrealistic
