Nice-looking hotel, but service doesn't match the 4-star rating
Pros:

Visually, it's a lovely and comfortable property — no complaints there.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the service is a different story. There was no drinking water provided for guests, either in the rooms or in large bottles in the hallways. The bed linens had holes in them. The room, meant for two guests, had only one vanity kit, and there were no proper toiletries — just a low-quality shower gel. Breakfast was also quite meager.

Pros:

Hotel bol krásny bolo tam čisto. Všade blízko aj peši. Boli sme na 9 poschodí výhľad úžasný.

Cons:

Vyberali sme si hotel najmä s welnesom, ale boli sme sklamaný ze práve welnes pre nijakú poruchu nefungoval.
