Imødekommende og hjælpsomt personale.

Cons:

Morgenmaden var ikke pengene værd. Vi sprang det over flere dage, trods vi havde betalt.

We had a lovely family stay at this hotel and would recommend it to other travellers
Pros:

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, the best we had in all of Japan.
The location was great

Cons:

Our room was near the elevators and we were woken many times in the early hours of the morning by people going to their rooms and talking loudly.

Pretty decent accommodation in Tokyo!
Pros:

The nearest MTR station, Shinjuku Gyoenmae, is located in pretty convenient spot to move around Tokyo downtown.

Cons:

The air conditioner has some musty smell.
