When staying in Knoxville.... DON'T !!! 5 star liquor store near by.
Cons:

Hotel in overall poor condition. Duvet on bed had dog paw prints on it. Thought about asking for new linen, however, was afraid the replacement linen would be worse

Very poor and uncomfortable

Not much to like. Shower pressure was good that’s it!

Cons:

There was a lady with mental illness crying, yelling and talking to herself wondering throughout the hotel most of the day/night. Staff was very aware but didn’t consider other guests being uncomfortable. Getting extra sheet and blanket for pullout bed seemed to be a bother to front desk/housekeeping. Room had multiple problems including doors not closing and locking. Just in bad shape all around. Noise was an issue throughout. Amelled of marijana throughout the downstairs. Asking for towels on our 2nd day was also an issue. They made my husband go back up to get our used towels before giving us a couple more. Staff was unfriendly. Not outwardly rude just didn’t care whatsoever.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There were no pillows or blankets for the pull out sofa bed. My reservation was for 3 adults and 2 children so the pull out sofa was obviously needed. The front desk staff gave us a blanket but said no pillows were available which was a little frustrating.

Unclean, gross, theifs who try to get into ur rooms.

Cons:

The rooms were gross, the pool was disgusting and foggy looked like it had never ever been cleaned along with the pool area.
I caught the employee trying to GET INTO MY ROOM while I was at the pool she had nothing to say to me after that..
There was a beep in my wall all night like a camera so I assume they had cameras in the room.
