The staff was friendly.
We didn’t like that we could not watch the tv from our bed. The way the tv was set up you had to sit at the table or desk to watch it and also the phone in the room did not work. The halls and elevator were extremely hot!!! No a/c on at all and the breakfast was not what we were expecting.
So good is a pool a mael you can breakfast and is a perfect place to be with your family

El sistema de internet no es bueno , se corta y no se conecta automáticamente en los distintos lugares de la propiedad .
Está ok que limpien día por medio pero deberían avisar.
Ocorreu o cancelamento de nossa reserva antes do horário combinado. O que constava na reserva era a possibilidade de chegar entre as 16 horas e 23 horas. Ficamos na rua e tivemos que de última hora procurar uma opção.
Gostei muito da distribuição e do conforto do quarto. Cozinha completa para fazer as refeições.

I received an additional invoice for parking. It is unbelievable
The room was horrible, the door locked but didn’t fully close. I showed the picture to the front desk agent told her this is a security issue as my room was at the end of the hall next to the exit door. I had a baby lizard and ants in the rooms I sent a message to have my room cleaned in the morning and didn’t receive a response u til night shift came in and was told too late. Breakfast was not good (eggs looked like left overs). The internet was horrible it kept kicking you off. I had to take the calls outside or in the hallway. Very frustrating. Walking down the halls it was no air; I passed a thermometer it said 80 degrees. After taking a like warm shower the fire alarm went off and the maintenance guy said it happens due to steam. Again the water was lukewarm not steaming hot. The location is probably the best part the proximity to shopping, dining and attractions is good. There was also a very large raccoon who stared me down from the trash bins

the pool needs cleaning
The service is horrible. The staff doesn't honor the customer request. The A/C was not working properly we asked them to send someone to check it no one came.
The room doesn't clean every day it's every other day. We have requested for clean towels and no one came to bring them to the room. We went downstairs to the front desk five times to request the same thing over. We asked for a supervisor the front desk said no one is available until the week day. I will not recommend anyone to choose this hotel.

When we arrived we had no problems checking in and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. We asked about all the parking signs in the car park and were dismayed to find out that there was a $27 parking charge on top of what we had paid already. We thought that was excessive and said to the receptionist what we thought. They brought the price down a bit after I suggested parking on the road outside and I paid directly from my credit card when checking in. We didn’t check or notice when booking from the UK which is our fault I suppose!!
We booked a king studio and the room was fantastic, it had a great kitchen and large bed which was very comfortable. It was clean and tidy and really well laid out except because of the location of the tv it was difficult to see from the bed.
Unfortunately the problems arose when it was time to go to sleep. We found the room was next to the busy I4 interstate and it was nearly impossible for us to sleep! The following morning we went down to reception to explain the problem and for the receptionist was very helpful and managed to find us a Queen Suite which was facing the pool and the opposite side to the road. The room we moved to was very comfortable and everything was great and was actually better than the King Suite. We found out that most of the King rooms are facing the road!
We would definitely book again and would recommend this hotel as long as you’re aware of the parking charge and you could be near the road.
