Close to public transport and easy access to all areas of interest with a 3 day visitors bus pass.

Rooms were very large with not much in so great for families with small children.
The hotel was a short walk from the MRT station at Paya Leber, 400 m flat walk, the adjacent area has everything you need, plenty of shops, a hawkers market, a huge market Geyland Serit across the road, a couple of supermarkets nearby. There is a parking place for Anywheel bikes at the market. Get the App, cycling via shared paths and underpasses meant the East Coast Parkway and beaches were a breezy 20 minutes ride away . Swam lengths at Amber beach every morning. Had a nice big room on floor 3, swimming pool level overlooking city and street scape, good facilities, comfortable big bed and everything works!!. Nice big shallow pool..1 m , so cooling on a humid hot day, sunloungers and pool towels provided.
24 eatery directly under the hotel..loved the large mango lassi. All the hotel staff were great and friendly byt not aloof. Shout out to the 3rd floor staff who kept my room clean and restocked with tea!! Definitely commend front of house staff Desmond and Mira, prompt, efficient and friendly, always had time for advice/directions or just just a chat.
So much to see and do in Singapore and not enough time.
Word of caution..thunderstorms massive and intense, carry an umbrella anytime your out, got caught out and soaked on the rail corridor with no shelter!! You have been warned!!

There is a dent in the bathtub that prevents the water from fully draining, which has already caused signs of mold or similar. The bathroom door has swollen at the bottom and is stained.
Very good value as Singapore can be insanely expensive

Room size was large and location was ideal as it was quite any away from crowded place.
Resturant services absent. Exhaust in tiolet was not functioning.
I would like to commend the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. It starts right from check-in; you are greeted warmly with a smile, and every request is answered quickly and easily. I would especially like to mention Sarinah and Vicki, but the other staff members are also very courteous.

The location is the nearest to my family and local shop
The property is run down, the rooms and toilet wood edges are peeling off. Dust on the lamps shades were not cleaned. Toilet were not cleaned until we mentioned after been there for few days then they clean the showers. The showers faucets were leaking everywhere and we have to inform them after few days of being there and the flooring looks dirty. They only have 1 toilet where you can showers without having to go into the bathtub ( I have back surgery hence it’s dangerous for me and also for elderly) the toilet facilities are bad!

After the room make up, housekeeping forget to give back towel,when iron was requested they simply left outside after two knocks.
