The hotel aesthetically looked nice and thats it.
They had a garden party that was running from early evening all the way throughout till 1am and it was so so loud to the point I had to complain to management.
I had my children with me who couldn't sleep from the loud music which was playing, there was a music speaker connected into our bedroom that was still playing, there were drunkards using cuss words and swearing throughout the night!! It was such an embarrassing situation to have to explain to my children that this isn't normal for a hotel to treat their guests this way!!
I reported to the manager for a refund and im still waiting for confirmation.
Clean spacious bedroom with everything you would need and the large bed was vet comfortable. The hotel was modern and quiet.
Breakfast was a bit chaotic as they kept running out of food on the hot plate
I wish the rooms provided a small fridge, so that was a big minus for me especially in the heat

Pillows were too soft, but that didn't deter my good night's rest. Iron spewed rust particles when engaging the steam function.

I book hotels based on the facilities they offer. In this case, one of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the air-conditioned room.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning not only failed to work properly, but it seemed to have a mind of its own. We returned to our room (a Cozy Twin Room on the first floor) at around 8:15 p.m., and it was extremely hot. The air conditioning display showed 27°C. I set it to 17°C in an attempt to cool the room down.
Opening the window was not a practical solution, as the Cozy Rooms have roof windows positioned directly above the bed. It was still quite bright outside, and my son needed to go to sleep straight away, so we closed the window and relied on the air conditioning instead.
After about half an hour, the temperature had reset itself to 27°C. The same thing happened repeatedly. I contacted reception and asked whether someone could check the air conditioning. No one came, although I understand it was quite late. As a result, the room remained uncomfortably hot throughout the night.
I completely understand that maintenance work may not be possible at 10 p.m. However, when guests are paying £160 per night, the room and its advertised facilities should have been checked in advance.
We had a very poor night's sleep and regret choosing this hotel. We have stayed at Hampton by Hilton before and found it much more comfortable. I would not book this hotel again unless I had absolutely no other option.

Breakfast could have been better. Plenty of it but the lids were off the help yourself Buffet and everything tasted dry! Sorry x

The shower flooded the bathroom
And music was blasting from 8am on Sunday morning from the event hall below. We complained but no compensation offered
