Lovely hotel will use again
Pros:

Hotel was very clean, staff helpful and the food amazing.

Cons:

The Velux bedroom window was hard to open and close and the blind would not open

Lovely stay, great refurbishment
Pros:

Refurbishment since my last visit in 2025 is excellent. Lift very welcome. New foyer and updated rooms are lovely. Staff very helpful.

Nice place and good staff.

Nice and modern

Cons:

Floor in our room was broken badly and the shower struggled to drain away so washing had to be very quick. Not great even your a dusty military show.

Don’t think twice, book this hotel
Pros:

Would 100% recommend this hotel if you are in the area. Our room was spotless, the bed was the comfiest we’ve stayed in for a long time. The room was a great size, plenty of complimentary hot drinks to choose from, the shower was big & powerful with fluffy towels, shampoo conditioner & body wash, hair dryer too. Blackout curtains, sockets and reading lamp on each bedside.
Receptions staff were friendly and helpful but a super shout out to the gentleman hosting breakfast on Monday morning (03/08), he went above and beyond for every guest, his customer service was second to none.

Cons:

We have nothing negative to say about this hotel or our stay.

Was nice interior

Double booked and they wouldn’t give me a refund and was extremely rude when I tried to sort this out with them won’t be staring there again

Quick stay
Pros:

Bed was very comfy. Breakfast hash browns and mushrooms were very yummy.

Cons:

It was mostly clean I saw one dead fly on windowsill that's it. No bin bags in the bin but assumed it was an environment thing. Internet was ok but slow if you want to play games. Didn't seem to have extractor fan in bathroom

A really nice, relaxing stay. Thank you
Pros:

Staff were welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The room was modern, clean and cool. Bed very comfortable. Beautiful cups, glasses and good quality refreshments. Highly functional tv to Crome cast your own Netflix. Good gym.

Cons:

No fridge in the room.
