Pros:

The manager Azmi is the best I had ever come across, in the hospitality business, I followed him from Venue hotel at Joo Chiat road, to where he is today. If not for Azmi ,I won't be staying at hotel 81.
I like to see more managers like him, very helpful and approachable, he can not do enough for his customers.

Cons:

The shower's head holder not properly secured, it keeps falling down whilst showering and the lid on the gel dispenser comes off.

Pros:

Great basic for a night. Clean and modern bathroom. 7 eleven right across the road is highly convenient.

Good Value for Singapore's Price Tag
Pros:

Given the high hotel prices in Singapore, Hotel 81 Princess offers good value for money. We only needed a place to stay for one night before boarding our Disney Adventure Cruise, and this hotel met our needs at a fraction of the cost of other accommodations. A decent and affordable place for a good night's sleep.

Cons:

As expected with budget hotels in Singapore, the room was quite small, but the affordable price makes up for this. My only issue was with the soap dispenser in the bathroom, as the cover kept coming off. A minor inconvenience that could easily be fixed.

Pros:

The location was great, with easy access to buses and the MRT. The room was comfortable, although it could have been cleaner. I really appreciated the friendly service and the hotel's flexibility in offering me a late check-out. I also enjoyed being close to the city centre and nearby areas such as Joo Chiat. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!

Cons:

What I didn’t like was the cleanliness of the room, as it could have been better.
