Security deposit thought unnessary for anyone who dosent have credit card a problem, no mini bar to check and they credit it back without check on room. why?

Shuttle service was great.
We stayed at this hotel when it first opened and enjoyed it, however after our most recent stay we would not return. The restaurant on location “Pacino” serves terrible food. We had the lasagna which was over cooked sloppy noodles with hard little meatballs for extra cost. No taste and awful texture. The mushroom soup seemed to be a packaged soup mix. Worst mushroom soup ever. The staff at the restaurant were excellent and it is a shame the food does not follow through. The safe in our room was broken (not a battery issue). The towels were rough and had been well used. The air conditioner needed to run to keep it cool and have air and it was loud. We cancelled our return reservation to this hotel and booked elsewhere.
Definitely worth it to pay a little extra and get in an updated room.

close to airport ,has airport shuttle, coffee shop in lobby with sandwiches snacks, excellent Italian restaurant adjacent to hotel but this is only close option for dining.Staff really nice and helpful.Good size rooms well equipped with everything.
shuttle could have been quicker. Of note there is a toll free phone in International arrivals at airport to contact any of the hotels and there are are greeting stewards in Red uniforms who are very helpful .
Staff ok but I wouldn’t say friendly or welcoming
The fridge made a funny noise all night so hard yo get a good sleep
