room was very well equipped and modern. Breakfast choice very good. always clean and tidy. I am a single female travelling for work and the location was spot on with places to eat and shop just across the road.

There is not enough parking at the hotel, the only parking available was at a sandwich shop across the street. The manager acknowledged the situation, but did nothing to resolve the situation to my satisfaction.

Everyone here is always so helpful and pleasant, smiling and asking how you are! We did Bingo on Wednesday night. It is always so much fun. Estrella put out a great spread she always does a fantastic job and continues to smile as she is busy taking care to make sure everything is refilled and stirred. She was back at it the next morning for breakfast. What a hard dedicated employee, smiling and friendly all the while she is hard at work. Rafael was here on Wednesday morning with Denia. They are both also a bright light in the morning putting out a great spread for breakfast. It is so welcoming here you look forward to seeing your extended family when you come back.

We had a wonderful experience! Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. The staff was attentive to our needs and made sure we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. The location is also very convenient—just minutes from the airport, which made catching our early flight stress-free. Excellent customer service and a great overall experience. We would definitely return and highly recommend it!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Isaac at the front desk, especially, went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and welcomed during the stay. We will definitely be staying here next time we come back!

The service was awesome as well as the cute little rooms. Just like being in a mini home. Homewood suites went above and beyond especially Estrella, Rafi, and Dania they had excellent food but their personalities were the best things besides the chicken wings hahaha. Seriously great time!!!

Check-in Desk was extremely efficient, professional, and friendly. I accidentally double booked a second room. At first they thought they could not do anything about it until the manager came back on Monday. But by the time I looked at my text in the room, they had gotten a hold of the manager, and it was taken care of. Outstanding help!

My husband(Diamond member) and I recently completed a 16-night stay at the Homewood Suites Fort Myers Airport/FGCU from February 24 to March 10, 2026. Having traveled ten weeks per year for nearly 40 years, we can confidently say this is the best hotel location we have ever stayed in.

The entire staff clearly takes great pride in this property. We would like to specifically commend Barbara and Maria Clarke at the front desk, as well as the General Manager, for their exceptional service. The hotel was incredibly clean, and we are grateful to the cleaning staff for their hard work.

The maintenance team also deserves recognition for their diligence in cleaning the pool and hosing down the deck daily. Additionally, housekeeping was very accommodating, providing us with extra hangers and kitchen supplies upon request. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Wednesday evening social and the unique addition of lobby Bingo.

If Hilton is looking for a model hotel to base staff training on, this location is it. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Another fabulous stay at our favourite American hotel, this time for 13 nights.

Due to the lack of direct flights from the UK we needed an overnight stop in Atlanta before flying down to Fort Myers, arriving at about midday.

We were greeted warmly by Barbara at reception who helpfully stored our bags until the room we had requested was available while we sunbathed around the pool.

We had emailed the hotel prior to arrival requesting as quiet a room as possible (together with extra clothes hangers for the anticipated shopping) and Lauren kindly sorted both of these requests.

The rooms are spacious with all the facilities one could need and the big plus point was the number of USB charging points - so important in this day and age. The fridge is huge, the bed enormous, and it really felt like a home from home. The rooms had been refurbished since last year.

At breakfast the following morning it was lovely to see Estrella, Denia and Rafael again working so hard to keep the guests happy. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they are a credit to the hotel.

It was also great to see Maria again who welcomed us with a big smile every morning and helped out at breakfast also. We practiced our Spanish with her.

The Wednesday evening social hosted by Barbara and Estrella. Barbara's bingo calling was a delight as guests got to know each other (and we got to celebrate Eugene's birthday again).

Come check-out time Barbara helpfully printed off our boarding passes and we took the shuttle to Fort Myers Airport.

Eighteen hours later we were back in the UK: was Fort Myers just a dream? No it was real and we are just waiting for flights for 2027 to go on sale so we can return.
