Hotel correcto pero no responde a un 5 estrellas, sino a un tres estrellas

Muy céntrico, servicio de parking y aparca coches muy amables todos y el restaurante ARCO, una joya gastronómica.

Cons:

La decoración de las habitaciones es austera y el hotel en general necesita una reforma. Está todo un tanto envejecido. La piscina es muy pequeña. Está limpio pero no impecable. El desayuno no me gustó: huevos siempre fríos, zumo de naranja embotellado cuando anuncian que puede ser recién exprimido, es un bufet sencillo. El servicio del desayuno es lento y sirven los cafés tarde y fríos.

Lovely location. Had a lovely pool area and spa. Staff were excellent, cocktails were excellent. Air conditioning was excellent

Pros:

Gorgeous hotel in the heart of La Rochelle. Perfect location for everything. Nice touch to get welcome drink on arrival. Spacious room with air con which was a lifesaver during the heatwave. Provided baby cot and high chair. Delicious breakfast and poolside snacks and drinks. The pool was very refreshing-pool loungers get snapped up quickly but still plenty of other chairs and sofas. Helpful valet and underground car park. Very good staff. Highly recommend!

La Rochelle è un bellissimo posto e questo albergo è molto comodo.

Cortesia del personale. Posizione centrale. Garage interno. Atmosfera molto familiare e di livello

Cons:

Struttura un po’ datata cge becessiterebbe di ristrutturazione radicale. Muri esterni con fuori il tondino, nessun corrimano per entrare in piscina. Illuminazione stanza e bagno migliorabili. Prima colazione non all’altezza di quanto si può trovare innFrancia.
