Staff and location were amazing
Pros:

Nice small hotel , with very very friendly staff .
Not sure it’s 5 star

Cons:

The room in my
Opinion was nice , but not 5 star quality! No iron and the hair dryer was so bad ! Bottles in bathroom ie shampoo, body wash and conditioner only half full

Charming and friendly staff, superb location.
Pros:

The staff at this hotel were a real delight, charming and helpful. The location is superb, it the heart of the superb shops and restaurants and a short stroll to the seafront.

Fabulous hotel in the heart of La Rochelle
Pros:

Attentive, friendly staff, comfortable room, spacious bathroom, fantastic location. It all felt very decadent.

Cons:

Not enough coffee and milk pods in the room and the cups were too small for the amount of coffee dispensed, so they overflowed!
