Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Beautiful! Comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful. The location was perfect. Beginning to end the hotel made the effort to make us feel welcomed and taken care of.

Tout était parfait : localisation, magnifique espace extérieur, chambres spacieuses et très confortables, personnel sympathique et excellent petit déjeuner

An oasis in a lovely city
Pros:

Toiletries, check in process, valet service, all the staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was delicious, especially being served till eleven o’clock, bed was really comfortable…

Cons:

Eleven o’clock check out - noon would have been better! Tea in the room would have been good

A restful to be
Pros:

We loved the relaxed atmosphere ,accomodating and extremely friendly staff..The decor was attractive and the entrance was very inviting .
Extra touches like fresh bottled water delivered daily and snacks with drinks from the bar were appreciated .Just a lovely place to stay .

Pros:

Location, easy to get to on local transport from the airport. Central to La Rochelle and walking distance to everything. Quiet location, exceptional service, attentive staff and concierge always helpful.

Cons:

Nothing really. We had to ask for more toilet paper once and the nespresso coffee machine was a bit tricky - so we ordered lattes to the room.
