Pros:

A lovely hotel in La Rochelle. Welcoming and very helpful staff. Room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. Location very near to restaurants and areas to visit. Great breakfast with lots of choice

A discreet, high end hotel. The team could not do enough to make us comfortable !
Pros:

This hotel is a hidden Gem, we travel all the time for work and leisure and struggle to find hotels that are relaxed but really commit to comfort and and high end hospitality. We thoroughly recommend this place it will restore your faith in in the hotel world.

Cons:

You must remember to ask for the entry code to the street, but we loved the fact that having a barrier at the entry to the street added an extra layer of discretion.

The staff are all amazing, customer care is their absolute priority.
Parking under the hotel right in the middle of the city La Rochelle.
Fabulous entrance really sets the scene for a great stay.
Fabulous bar.
Fabulous atmosphere, real French shabby Chic.
Enough to say we will return. Location, Location, Location 👏👏👏👏👏👏

Cons:

Having to request a change of room due to A/C not working.
Pool area a little scruffy with multiply trip hazards through uneven or change in levels.
The price is top end 4 star accommodation, unfortunately can’t see how it has a 5 star rating.
