A very enjoyable and relaxing stay. We were both very impressed and the hotel made our stay over in
Pros:

The staff were very attentive and polite. We were greeted promptly and they were very helpful. We were very impressed with the hotel, its location and its amenities.

Cons:

The only criticism is that breakfast is too expensive on top of the cost of the stay/travel costs. Maybe the choice and selection if the buffet could be minimised and the cost reduced and kept under 20 euros per person.

Parenthèse apaisante
Pros:

Simple
Comfort and elegance.

Cons:

I booked very last minute on deciding to stay the night in La Rochelle. I chose specifically because of underground car parking. No space
Available so always check they have parking. Municipal underground parking

A good quality hotel in an excellent location for enjoying all that the city has to offer.
Pros:

A good quality room in an excellent location. A perfect platform to explore the city and the staff were extremely helpful and efficient. The spa facilities were a nice bonus.

Cons:

I had specifically requested a 1500 hrs check in and that was confirmed by email. When we arrived at 1530 the room still wasn't ready and we didn't actually gain access until 1610 hrs which was disappointing.
