El personal, la ubicación, el paisaje panorámico, la arquitectura de las instalaciones ( madera nativa).

Cons:

Creo que debe mejorar pequeños detalles como: cerraduras, duchas modernizarlas, que había acondicionador para el cabello, por decir algo.
