I was charged twice because the bookings.com reservation was not yet available to the front desk check-in person so he said he couldn't use it so I paid the hotel directly at 11:30pm. When the reservation came thru to the hotel at 1:10 am thee hotel put that one thru as well. Ive yet to hear back on a refund. 4 weeks later.

Grateful.
Pros:

We were at LaGuardia Airport early due to an early flight the following morning. We decided to book this hotel because it had a shuttle bus back to the airport. I mistakenly booked it the hotel with a wrong date. When we got to the hotel my mistake was discovered. The front desk receptionist told us to cancel that booking and she would treat us as a “walk in”. We were so relieved as we had no other recourse. She was a blessing as we were exhausted and a little stressed out.

Clean, comfortable bed, hot shower.
Convenient location, near La Guardia airport.
We had an early morning flight and there’s a shuttle every 20 minutes.We stayed for 7 hours only , we came around 9:40 pm and left at 5:20 am before the breakfast was served.
