Great as usual. I’ll be back in January
Pros:

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is perfectly situated for me and arriving and then heading home on the M1.
Short journey into town.

Cons:

No air conditioning in the bedrooms. Fortunately I knew that from my last visit so brought a little electric fan with me. Mainly for my dog.

Great lication, staff friendly but the breakfast was poor quality.
Pros:

Air con was essentially the best things because we were there on the hottest day of the year.

Pros:

Staff were very helpful, friendly, informative, kind, couldn't have been nicer.
Made us feel welcome and helped with anything we needed.
Spotlessly clean.
Great buffet breakfast.

Cons:

Our sofa bed wasn't made ready, but not a huge deal as they soon made it up once asked.
I do think it was expensive for what we had. But it did include breakfast so maybe it's my little experience of hotels.
Not alot I didn't like tbh.
