BEING ABLE TO TAKE OUR DOG WITH US WAS THE BEST XXX THANKYOU .
Pros:

room was clean, bed was comfortable . nice size room , instant hot water, sockets all in the right places, bed side lights good, we had to take our old dog with us, nice big wide and very long grass area for him , round the back . we did not have food as i have several foody issues , so going on my perspective i am sure the food would have been excellent . plenty of parking spaces.

Fine if you're staying overnight in summer.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and looked fresh.

Cons:

First of all there were no hand towels provided. Then I realised that there was nowhere to put clothes, except for a couple of open shelves and a 6 inch long rail above the fan. The kettle was on a shelf under the TV with no access to a socket. The shaver point in the shower room didn't work. The stool had a missing foot so you definitely couldn't sit on it. The duvet was horribly thin and the room was freezing at night. Finally, the room was not made up every day so I ran out of coffee.

Extremely clean, comfortable, cosy hotel.
Pros:

The room was warm and cosy. The beds extremely comfortable. Everywhere was clean and polished. Excellent value for money. Reception staff smiling and helpful. Enjoyable stay. I will definitely stay there again

Cons:

Maybe a couple of packets of biscuits with the complimentary tea/coffee/milk/sugar.

Pros:

Member of staff very helpful and welcoming. Clean. Nicely fitted room.

Cons:

Room 308 is above kitchen extractor fans and inside, smells of cooking. If you’re staying there request a room in the opposite wing. My TV wasn’t working. I mentioned this. The problem was not solved.
