Gutes Hotel zum "Ankommen" auf Bali nach dem langen Flug.
Pros:

Super Hotel, um nach dem langen Flug zu relaxen, man ist schnell da mit dem Flughafentransfer (gut organisiert), die Betten sind bequem, das Frühstück sehr gut.

Disappointing

I liked the outward look of the place in pictures on booking.com in reality however it wasnt as great.

Cons:

While Kuta Paradiso Hotel presents an attractive appearance from the outside and benefits from a convenient location, our overall stay was unfortunately disappointing.

The rooms are noticeably dated and in need of refurbishment. The condition of the facilities did not match the expectations of a hotel of this category. The bathroom in particular was a major concern. The water in the stand-up shower took an excessive amount of time to drain, causing water to collect and eventually overflow out of the shower area onto the bathroom floor. The sink also had drainage issues, filling almost to the top within less than two minutes of running water. In addition, both the main room door and bathroom door appeared to have expanded and would not close properly without being forced shut. These maintenance issues significantly affected the comfort and experience of our stay.

The furnishings and bathrooms felt worn, and the towels provided were old, used-looking, and discoloured, falling short of the standard expected from a hotel of this category.

The hotel itself lacked atmosphere, particularly in the evenings. Both the property and its in-house restaurants felt unusually quiet and deserted, which diminished the holiday experience.

The greatest disappointment was the front office reception team. We found the service to be inconsistent and not particularly welcoming. Some guests were offered welcome drinks while others were not, creating an impression of unequal treatment. Information regarding the complimentary airport shuttle service was also not proactively shared and was only provided after we specifically enquired about it.

Our spa experience was equally unsatisfactory. Despite arriving only five minutes late for a 30-minute massage, those five minutes were deducted from our treatment time. Furthermore, nearly ten minutes were spent on preparation and setup, leaving only around fifteen minutes of actual massage time. This felt poor value and left us disappointed.
