Has it all
Pros:

Pros:

Staff were amazing, we had a medical emergency and the staff were incredible, making sure we were ok, organised an ambulance, moved to ground floor room after hospital visit. Can't fault them at all. Egg station at breakfast amazing

Cons:

Breakfast was good although staff couldn't understand when asking for a pot of hot water- sometimes getting a glass of room temp water to not bringing anything out. Beds were a bit hard but did get a thin topper which helped

Recommend if want a cheap resort, but if you expect a 5 star then tis resort definitely doesn’t not match the star ratin

I liked the buffet breakfast, staff friendly, central location if like Kuta

Cons:

Rooms outdated, lack of pool beds, pool wasn’t great if have young kids as couldn’t get visual, food not the best apart from breakfast.

The location was excellent. Close to restaurants and bars.

The bed was a little hard for our comfort and it was a little noisy overnight.

the bookcase so anyone can read while sitting around the pool.
The receptionists were so welcoming and kind.
The che k in was super fast.i didn't even wait 3min.
The transportation from to airport is perfect.

Cons:

The rooms are old .the city view is poor.
The room service opened the door when I was changing my cloths with my permission. Without knocking on the door. Without door sign to make up my room.
