My room was not cleaned on Friday and ran out of toilet paper and tissue
Transportation from airport to hotel would have been very helpful because I was did not know Spanish or understand the currency I was taken advantage of and over paid however from the hotel, the young lady helped me get a taxi. She told me how much the taxi would cost which was 28.00 American dollars I let het know I only had 20 dollar bills so in front of me and the taxi driver she confirmed the price of 28 dollars and let him know I needed change. The cab driver told her would get change and she then told me. I was so appreciative of this gesture and thanked her very much. The cab driver was going to stop to get change i told him it was ok and he could have the rest for tips. He was very respectful and helpful even at airport and I was very grateful for that. Thanks again to the respectful and kind helpful Lady that worked the front desk that Sunday morning for guiding me and making me feel safe.

La estancia en el hotel fue muy agradable. Sinceramente al ver la plaza lo dude, pero en cuanto respecta a la habitación esta a corde al precio (limpia y de buen tamaño) y el personal muy amable y accesible. Buena ubicación.

La habitación es muy encerrada no tiene buena ventilación y los malos olores de los sifones del baño hacen un ambiente desagradable adicional dan desayuno incluido en una cafetería cerca al hotel y es horrible, pedí un café y parecía hecho con agua del fregaderos y los huevos ni que hablar. No recomiendo las comidas

I like that it was air-conditioning and it was close to the town.
It’s too bad that there was no hot water and the mattress was very uncomfortable, but it’s specific to each person with the mattress. it would be nice that they had live TV and I didn’t have to sign into my own Netflix and prime account..

Rowdy people were staying when we did, resulting in disrupted sleep as they were blasting music and being loud at 3am. Not the hotels fault
Good location. Walking distance to some beaches, multiple supermarkets and clubs and bars like coco bongo.
No window in the rooms and no ventilation. There is a restaurant on the ground floor and all the grilling smell is in the room when air conditioner runs. No hot water. Only warm water which is going off and on every 30 seconds.
