The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was ideal for our family of 4 in terms of space. The amenities, though rather basic, worked well. Included breakfast was OK.
For the price charged, the amenities provided were somewhat limited. Also, it was not that easy to find supermarkets etc close to the hotel. It was also further away from Union Station/ the CTA metro than was ideally convenient for us.
Everything was great! The room clean and tidy and the breakfast fresh!

Four year in a row using this hotel same time and never disappoints!
The breakfast buffet was quite adequate, featuring cold items, fruit, waffles I think. It had a lot of variety and the room was spacious enough for everyone.
When we checked in, hotel provided us one free drink each (one for each key card) in the little bar/restaurant on the 2nd floor. This was a very nice gesture and many items on the menu were 1/2 price for happy hour so we had our dinner there. The food was surprisingly good. It was so busy, the bar tender/waiter had to really rush around to help everyone. He needed a helper.
I was really surprised when the nice check in lady told us it would cost $5 per bag to store our bags when we arrived too early to check in. I have never experienced this with any other hotel, anywhere. This is the reason I gave it a negative rating for check in.

Mein Zimmer war sehr laut. Die Geräusche haben mich sowohl am Tag wie auch in der Nacht gestört, sodass ich sogar mehrfach aufgewacht bin. Auf Hinweis von mir, meinte das Hotel, dass sie über das Problem Bescheid wussten.
