Cons:

* Room cleanliness: The bed sheets had long hairs on them upon check-in, indicating the room had not been cleaned thoroughly before my arrival.
* Lack of communication about housekeeping: I was not informed during booking or at check-in that housekeeping is provided only after every three days of stay.
* Inconsistent housekeeping policy: I received different information from staff—one person said housekeeping could be arranged upon request, while another said the request had to be made at least 24–25 hours in advance. As a result, my room was not cleaned during my stay.
* Missing bathroom amenities: There was no body lotion provided in the room.
* Limited breakfast options: The breakfast menu remained the same each day, with very limited vegetarian choices.
* Unexplained charge at checkout: I was charged $14 during checkout without any explanation of what the charge was for.

Perfect location
Pros:

The location is excellent , you can go walking to the main amenities in the center of Chicago. Also Both rooms I reserved were very big and comfortable.

Cons:

I was charged after I checked out with no explanation. No room cleaning during the 3 days we stayed in

Our stay was pleasant yet there were a few unexpected expenses.
Pros:

Very clean, staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was better than I expected.

Cons:

Asking multiple times for towels took a long time, and collecting a $55 early check-in fee and $5/bag to hold bags for a few hours is unheard to me
