The staff was so gracious and accommodating

I booked my room on 1/6/26. I requested that my room be away from the elevators .My room was directly across from elevators. My thoughts are that can probably get another room the next day. Go to desk and was told since I requested a queen that those rooms are across from the elevators. If I had gotten a notice when I booked on 1/6/26 that all queen rooms are across from the elevators, I could have had the option to get a king room, or book another hotel. As I got an answer about check in times when I booked the room. I actually called in to the hotel to confirm my stay, and again asked about my room being away from the elevators. Was told everything was good. Laquita please do better!! This is so unacceptable!

Pros:

Location was good in terms of transit options. Bed was comfortable and room was large with additional seating.

Cons:

Elevator's were slow and the room keys were difficult to get to work properly with them. Breakfast wasn't always ready on time and some items were not kept adequately stocked.

The receptionist when we checked in is not very welcoming . The facility required a $150 refundable deposit upon check in which was never mentioned when we booked . Until not it is not refunded.
