Great location for suitable stay, good breakfast
Pros:

Location is excellent, close to trains and Michigan Avenue. Breakfast was good and wi-fi satisfactory.

Great location, we was there for 6 days.

A nightmare in Chicago.
As soon as we arrived the room has some garbage on the floor, the barhroom was dirty. We complain on the reception and they said that nobody Can help us at night. At the next day nobody goes to clean the room, we got atonished when they said that the cleaning lady only goes twice à week to make the room.
In the description said that the breakfast is good, but everyday we lived the “hunger games” you Can’t have eggs or à cup of coffee. The people on the kitchen was rude and when we complain in the front deal they said that the breakfast is complementary it’s not their reponsability, attached you will find the pictures of the garbage.
