Excellent hotel
Pros:

Was disappointed with the lack of signage to allow you to get to the golf course from the Hotel. I had to ask at reception but I should have been able to follow signage

Det var smurt noe som lignet blod utover døra, og det drypper fra taket i gangen. Maten var slapp og hadde ligget lenge fremme. Personalet var ikke spesielt hyggelig.

Para nada parece un hotel de 5 estrellas, no te reciben cuando llegas y nos dijeron que la habitación no estaba lista a las 16h y que dejáramos las maletas por ahí.
Habían carteles en recepción donde ponía que había música en vivo todas las noches a las 21h y dj en la piscina a partir de las 18h y no hubo nada, ni siquiera los empleados sabían eso cuando habían varios carteles y entonces nos dijeron que justo esos días no había.
Los camareros del bar de la piscina se rieron cuando le preguntamos por el dj y dando un mal servicio, pero que obviamente será porque ni los están formando ni tratándolos bien como empleados.
Los ascensores estaban rotos y cuando preguntamos nos dijeron que si, pero que vamos que habían pocos escalones…. Eran 26. Por nosotros no había problema pero había por allí una familia con niños pequeños con dos carritos

Lovely hotel

Cons:

Spa was closed for our whole stay and we weren’t informed so half of our group very disappointed. Paid for a golf spa hotel and only got a golf hotel. No compensation offered or any alternative

Parquet dans la chambre à remplacer , peinture dans la chambre à refaire , on prenait mes serviettes sale à terre et on les rangeait sur mon porte serviette , on ne me mettait pas de nouveau café dans ma chambre , je devais les réclamer , les enfants ne pouvaient pas jouer à la balle dans la piscine alors que l hôtel était vide en plein mois d août , carrelage de salle de bain à remplacer , pas de brosse pour nettoyer mon wc , plaque d interrupteur à remplacer , carrelage balcon à remplacer, on ne nettoyait pas mon balcon et on ne reprenait pas mes gobelet de café sur le balcon , très déçu de cet établissement qui ne vaut pas un 5 étoiles
