Horrible breakfast
I would describe this hotel as adequate. For what I paid it was extremely overpriced. First off it’s not is the best area. I didn’t feel safe going for a walk by myself at any time of day. The dryer in the guest laundry kept over heating and would have to sit for 15 before trying to use it again . There are two washers and two dryers and people seemed to be doing laundry all the time. It was very inconvenient when one dryer wasn’t working properly. There was not clock of any kind in the rooms and the tvs in the room were really small, even for hotel standards. Even at 4 days we did not get any of kind of maid service even when I put out the sign that we wanted it. . The breakfast was not great. The yogurts on the buffet were all expired by 3 weeks. The rest of the food was just okay. We only ate it once after I discovered the yogurts. It also wasn’t free. The pool is super small and the gym equipment is really worn out, one of the 3 treadmills was not working and by day 5 two of them were not working. On a positive note, the staff was really nice and everything seemed clean. It was somewhat close to the Dick’s soccer fields, however there are many properties closer that I am certain would be cheaper and nicer. If I had paid $150/ a night I would not be so critical. We were there for a tournament and they completely jacked up the price for our group. We had to add an extra night and I assumed it would be the same jacked up price, but instead they charged an extra $100 for that night. They didn’t bother to tell me it would be an extra $100 for the night or I would have stayed elsewhere. My fault for not verifying. So is this hotel okay to stay at? Yes it’s fine. If you get a cheap deal it’s fine. For the price I paid it was not good.
Excellent hotel stay before or after a flight. Rooms were large, quiet, and clean. The bathroom was very large as we requested handicapped. The bathroom needs refurbishing as the wallpaper is peeling, but it was very clean. There is coffee in the room and at the front area, but there is no free breakfast buffet. However, you can order breakfast, dinner, and bar. The shuttles run every 45 minutes. The shuttles were on time and easy to get on and off. We will stay here again.
The staff and communication offered before, during, and after check out was great. The location was perfect for what we needed that weekend.
We had stayed there a few years ago, and the rooms and building seem to be in need of a little bit of upkeep/touchups. It is starting to feel a little outdated. It would be nice if the fridge in the room had a freezer.
Stayed in King Suite with two double beds and couch serving as 3rd bed. Friendly staff, comfortable beds (not including couch bed), fairly quiet. Nice shower with AMAZING water pressure. Pretty good temp control in room. Closet space with ironing board.
Got stranded at airport because shuttle was unavailable even though I confirmed two hours prior to arriving. The reason was “somebody called out”. This resulted in unexpected high fare uber purchase. (Needed XL car for luggage and was past midnight arrival). They do NOT accept cash for minor purchases. There was also a man outside regularly asking for money making it uncomfortable to cone and go. Ice machine broken all week but had access to another floor’s machine. Hotel bed blankets were about as thin as the top sheet, no true comforter on beds.
We missed our connection at the airport. We ubered to the hotel. We were upgraded to a king 2 bedroom which was great. The airport shuttle driver was great! He told us where we needed to be, and was in front of the hotel on time.
Very nice clean large rooms
Ice machine on our floor was broken
Breakfast was very tasty , clean ,staff was friendly.
I have nothing to recommend at this time .
