The hotel facilities were excellent, and the level of cleanliness was very high. The location of the hotel was also very convenient. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of food. There is also a nice bar in the lobby with a friendly waiter who served us some drinks before we went to sleep. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed our time at the hotel.

Cons:

The only thing we did not like at all was our experience during check-in. The staff member, Ms. Mxxxxx, who was checking us in, seemed rather rude and unfriendly. I am not sure if she was simply having a bad day, but her attitude was quite unpleasant when we asked for assistance and directions to the alternative parking area, as the hotel parking was unavailable at the time. Unfortunately, this gave us a disappointing first impression of the hotel.

Lokalizacja 11 na 10 możliwych. Śniadanie - miło, że można zamówić jajecznicę lub sadzone przygotowane na świeżo.

Cons:

Niestety, nie uzupełniają soków. Kawa to istny dramat, lepszą kupicie w automacie na dworcu.

Great location and good breakfast.

Cons:

* Check-in issues: I booked last-minute. Despite receiving immediate confirmation from Booking.com, the hotel claimed they couldn't see the reservation in their system and made us wait for nearly two hours.
* Poor customer service: We were exhausted after work and asked to check in while leaving a credit card as a guarantee so they could resolve the issue later, but we were flatly refused.
* Unprofessional staff: The front desk clerk was extremely unwelcoming and hostile. Instead of helping, he sent us away for two hours.
* Rude behavior: When we returned and finally got our room, the clerk accused me of being rude and openly stated that we were "unwelcome guests" at their hotel.

Hotel top! In posizione centralissima. Mi sono sentita super coccolata. Ho particolarmente apprezzato l'acqua da bere gratuita ed abbondante colazione. Anche i prodotti bagno top!! Anche l'area working riservata e comodissima per lavorare. Fantastico.
