Disappointed for over $200 a night; I expected better.
Pros:

The room was quite comfortable.

Cons:

I checked in at 5 PM, my key didn't work, my room was still being cleaned (at 5 PM) when I got to the room. I wouldn't have minded these two items but the next day I went to breakfast as it was included in the cost of the room. I learned I needed a voucher and had to get that at the front desk which was busy with other patrons, AND breakfast was a sit down/order type of breakfast rather than buffet style. I got the voucher from the front desk, which I didn't have time for. I sat down, was greeted and told about the process to order as not everything was covered by the voucher. This person took the voucher. I was greeted by another person who took my order of water, coffee, and an omelet. The music was very loud so I asked if it could be turned down. The person checked and said they couldn't so I couldn't move to another part of the lobby but had to stay in the restaurant area with the loud music. Time passed; again...I'm pressed for time. My water came. My omelet came, and then my coffee came after the food. The omelet was cold. There was no salt or pepper on the table and I had asked for ketchup when the omelet was delivered so salt and pepper came afterwards as well. I'm pressed for time... I eat rather quickly (not even a refill on the coffee) and leave. The staff person catches me at the elevator and tells me I need to pay for breakfast. I told her I had a voucher and the person who gave me the menu took it. She said I can't leave until I pay or they find the voucher and she handed me a bill. I'm pressed for time. She goes back and says they can't find it and that I have to pay. I repeated that the gal who reviewed the menu with me took it. She went back again and they "looked it up" and finally I was free to go. This was an all-around poor experience from the really loud music to the cold food and then being challenged to pay for something I had already purchased.

Overall nice for a quick trip for Father’s Day.
Pros:

Love the location. Around the corner from La Cantera outdoor mall and restaurants. The facility was quiet, at night. Happy and friendly staff.

Cons:

The beds were hard to sit on but lying down was fine. Minor things like the elevator only one door worked on ground level. Would stay again.

Customer service on point!
Pros:

Well let me tell you something!!! Sasha is one of the most wonderful rays of sunlight here shining on this double Tree bar and lovely. Her customer service was right on point! Not just with me but with others at the bar. She was very helpful in informing me about the hotels renovations and was very knowledgeable about what people can do around here on this area. She did a great job in promoting your guys kitchen and menu and also was very clean at her bar while she kept her customer service at a consistent pace. She did a great job and leads by example. Amazing customer service and food!
Pros:

The DoubleTree is one of the best hotels in the area. The hotel bar and restaurant are a great place to hangout, whether you are staying at the hotel or just a walk in guest. The food is amazing and the customer service is even better. Krystle is an amazing bartender and really makes the atmosphere feel like home. She is very friendly, and always treats her customers very well. Her positive attitude is great especially if you are looking for positive energy after a long day. Out of all the hotels in the area, I definitely recommend staying at the DoubleTree and highly recommended enjoying the atmosphere while you are visiting.
