The DoubleTree is one of the best hotels in the area. The hotel bar and restaurant are a great place to hangout, whether you are staying at the hotel or just a walk in guest. The food is amazing and the customer service is even better. Krystle is an amazing bartender and really makes the atmosphere feel like home. She is very friendly, and always treats her customers very well. Her positive attitude is great especially if you are looking for positive energy after a long day. Out of all the hotels in the area, I definitely recommend staying at the DoubleTree and highly recommended enjoying the atmosphere while you are visiting.

Only one elevator was working and the A/C on the floor was not working (3rd Floor) Very uncomfortable. For the price you are charging shouldn't have those lingering problems.

Krystle was/is an amazing bartender. She was very knowledgeable about all drinks and was very friendly and inviting. She can make an amazing old-fashioned!
Staff was very friendly and helpful
Restroom was not cleaned before I arrived, shower pressure wasn’t the best.
Staff was very attentive. Gym area was nice and clean. Gated parking was a plus.
The knob got the shower had no markings which way was hot or cold. Hot water was excessively hot.

I stay a many Hilton properties on a yearly basis. This property goes over and above to make sure the customer is comfortable and has an awesome experience. Krystle in the bar and restaurant, Ashley, Jessie, and Kenneth at the front desk, all have made sure my time at this property was a fabulous experience. The restaurant experience was the best!!! The chocolate chip cookies were the best I’ve had at any Doubletree.
Have stayed here multiple times due to business travel. Great hotel and great service. Ashley has been so personable and kind every time I stay at this hotel and provides above and beyond service. Thank you!
It was gated & near a lot of food

I’m writing this so future guests can be better informed when evaluating their options.
During our stay, our car window was smashed overnight in the hotel parking lot and items were stolen. We were not the only ones affected—another car in the same parking lot had parts of the vehicle stolen as well. I understand this is a broader issue in the area—not something unique to this property, the hotel does have signage stating they are not responsible.
I was quite impressed on how normalized this situation seems to be. There are multiple warnings, including from the police, essentially telling you that if you leave anything in your car, you may lose it. That reflects a recurring problem in this area, not an isolated situation.
I hope more affected guests share their experiences so the hotel recognizes the importance of the situation and considers making a more meaningful effort to provide a safer environment. “We are not responsible” is definitely the easy way out, and if that is the position the hotel chooses to take, future guests should at least be fully aware of the reality of the area and decide accordingly.
