Cons:

The air conditioner was out in my room. After us requesting to switch rooms the toliet was broken and wouldn’t flush in that one. There was also 2 cars with broken windows in the parking lot I paid 18 dollars for!

Best Service
Pros:

We were here at double tree for our family reunion. All staff was attentive! Special thank you to Adri, our bartender Friday 7/17, she was very kind and personable. She did her very best and it showed in her service. She made everyone feel comfortable and her drinks were top notch, perfect mixes.

Safety box in our room was not working. Only one elevator was working, and that made it a bit uncomfortable.

Excellent place to stay if you wish to be near La Cantera.
Pros:

We really enjoyed the friendliness of the reception staff as well as the proximity to the Cantera.

Cons:

Keep an eye on the water at the lobby— we tried getting water at the lobby one of the nights and there were some fruit flies/mosquitos near the water dispensers.

Excellent accommodation for Theme park visitors
Pros:

Loved the location and cleanliness

Cons:

Not sure how long the elevator had been out, but some times waiting 7-8 for an elevator when there are only 6 floors, was a bit annoying.
