I will not stay here again. Horrible experience. My son goes to school here.

The bar tender

Cons:

The power went out for a few hours. Parking was not explained before arrival and it was too expensive.
Breakfast service was slow.
The room did not refill coffee or took dirty glasses from the room
My room keys were not left under the door as promised after the power went out.
Service and stayed sucked.
My son goes to utsa and location was convenient

La peor experiencia
Pros:

Lo peor no respetan las reservaciones , llegue al check in y que no tenía cuarto a pesar de tener reserva de un mes de antelación , y no me resolvieron nada en ese momento , tuve que irme a buscar a media noche un hotel a las afueras de la ciudad

Cons:

The air conditioner was out in my room. After us requesting to switch rooms the toliet was broken and wouldn’t flush in that one. There was also 2 cars with broken windows in the parking lot I paid 18 dollars for!
