To sum up my stay it was actually very nice, comfortable and clean.
Pros:

Breakfast was good I was surprised to see the cinnamon waffle mix with the 4 small waffle maker.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay extra incidental fee, but it came back on my card the next day after check out.

Pros:

It was clean and staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Cons:

They posted signs around the property about cleaning the AC units but didn’t post anything on websites. It delayed check in.

Worst experience I’ve ever had

Cons:

The rude staff that forced me to leave because they didn’t have me in their system when I already paid, she cursed at me and continued to argue with me about how it’s my fault for using booking.com. I was in tears and begged her to just be kind. She put her hand up to me and said she isn’t speaking to me. So I left. As I have high anxiety and that experience was a nightmare. They clearly staff bullies who do not care for guests.

Nothing!!! I had to stay money was already paid!!!

Cons:

The room I booked the door was broken didn't locked. The second room, ACE, broken leaked water, left a horrible smell. I sprayed the room but still didn't help, and the carpet was wet. The front desk didn't have any more rooms we didn't have a choice but to stay. Lesson learned.😐😔😞
