Repeat booking for front desk staff,room and location
Pros:

Location design cleanliness and most important worth a mention great team of front desk staff
Didn’t get the names of all those helped for telephone queries before ,personal request on arrival and during our stays Excellent

Cons:

Either computer system or internet is slower than usually but staff was very supportive.

Very close to the train station and where I needed to meet up with a tour the next day.
Pros:

The hotel is a little dated, but quite comfortable. I was very tired and the room was quiet and restful. Breakfast was very good and the serving areas were well kept. Price was reasonable to even lower than many other hotels I searched.

Cons:

Nothing really about the lodging. There are so many hotels in the area and since the hotel apparently changed names recently, I could not get directions from information at the train station. A nice lady in the thrift shop helped me
with this information.

I would highly recommend it; as I said the location its wonderful!
Pros:

We were very pleasantly surprised; the hotel was in a great location and provided a wonderful hot breakfast in the morning.

The hotel is nicely decorated, with comfortable rooms and in an excellent central location
Pros:

The room dimensions were quite spacious. Bathroom was bright, immaculately clean, towels very fresh and a very spacious and effective shower. The breakfast was a good balance of cooked and continental options. The location of the hotel is literally across the road from the bus/rail stations. Convenient city centre location.

Cons:

Cloth hanging space was minimal. An open rack with a few hangers! I would have preferred a wardrobe with more space to hang clothes without crushing them together on limited hangers in a tight hanging space.
