Súper recomendados
Pros:

Bastantes amplias las habitaciones. Todo bien cuidado, parqueadero privado. Nos encantó que estaba a pocos minutos del aeropuerto y eso facilitó el traslado. El desayuno es muy bueno.

Unacceptable
Pros:

Unlike the three other Marriott brand hotels just around the corner, this hotel only runs the airport shuttle till 10:00 pm. With delayed flights, we had to find an alternative ride to the airport since it was close to midnight. We were traveling with my daughter and her family with two children under 4 years of age. They could not get their room key to work after several times rekeying it. When the front desk girl came to open the door, we were shocked that it was bolted from the inside as someone was in that room. As luck would have it, there were no more rooms available. Thankfully, the front desk girl finally found a hotel near by so they could walk there. I'm thankful they did not have to pay for the new accommodations, but it's ridiculous that she and her family had to go through this in the middle of the night. It was after 2:00 am by the time she got her little family in the room. I would recommend staying at another hotel with a later shuttle.

Horrible, scam artist that will charge you deposit twice
Pros:

I wanna hear for business I’m not saying it’s the worst hotel I’ve ever been to, but the fact that they double charged me the $50 deposit is what makes them the biggest scam artist of all avoid this hotel at all cost. My room was supposed to be 247, they added $50 for deposit making it 297 and that’s fine but why is that extra 50 there! I called the front desk and they said it was a system mistake that has been happening unbelievable!

Ruined by the poor airport shuttle service.
Cons:

I really hated being dropped off at arrivals instead of departures. This resulted in a great deal of unnecessary effort on my part to manuever my bags across two lanes of traffic, then to the elevators, some distance away to finally get to where I should have been taken in the first place. I found that to be very poor service indeed. It was not a favour that I begged for. It was an agreeed part of the Fairfield Inn and Suites branding. The hotel's experience for those airport travellers begin and end with this shuttle ride. And as a
part of the overall expefience, it sucked!!!
