It is our happy place! Hated having to end our visit! Looking forward to our next time.
Pros:

We love that this hotel is close to everything, the beach, great restaurants and friends and family that we visit. The hotel itself is always clean, quiet & comfortable. The staff has always been kind, cheerful and helpful.

Cons:

There are only two things that we have mentioned that we do hope that they will fix in the upcoming renovations that they are planning to do. The first is that the toilets will be "adult" size. They are so low to the ground as if they are made for children. The second is that they put in more lighting. Even with all the lights on, it seems a bit 'dark' in the room. Other than that, the rooms are great.

Whole family enjoyed the hotel.

I think I should’ve got a refund because the room was so small. It was like a closet and it was supposed to be 400 feet. It was the most terrible room I’ve ever stayed in and so tiny I was claustrophobic and the TV was so tiny you couldn’t even see it.

Cons:

The mattress had a blood stain on it that was covered up by a mattress cover and the room was super tiny that you were claustrophobic. The room wasn’t clean. There was no soap to wash your hands. There was no staff to bring it up. The pool was a mess with dirty towels all over the place and all over the floor by the pool and there was no clean towels by the pool.
