In the mood for away with the wind
Pros:

Excellent location next to 9 de Julio square. The hotel has that colonial look that make you feel in the "away with the wind" movie and at the same time has all the modern appliances one might need.
The staff is extremely nice and helpful.
Breakfast buffet is variate and abundant. The sweet treats are awesome (alfajores, medialunas and all the other cakes are really tasty).
Gym, swimming pool and sauna are for free.

Cons:

Some appliances look a bit worn out and "old" style, but it is all functional.
The pool is not heated.
