Room itself is pretty ok. Could be more clean though

Staff doesn't want to work at all
Location is far from the best, even though it's known. But u better don't go out at night as the neighborhood is pupupu. Lot's of hound outside at night as well

And the SPA. oh no, you don't want to go there,. condition is terrible even for Bulgaria. Photos are too old. Now it's dirty and looks destroyed and abandoned

близо до дестинацията ми и на спокойно място

не чисто
платих за пракингът без да е отбелязано в вашата страница
туалетната чиния се клатеше много опасно и явно няма технически персонала по подръжката.
малък асансьор и повече от двама души едновременно е изключително тясно особено ако един от пасажерите след фитнес залата миризмата е не поносима.

This was a good value hotel with good service.
Pros:

It was modern and had nice pool and spa facilities although some were in construction. Breakfast was good as well.

Cons:

The AC in the room was not working so it was too hot for comfortable sleep. Also, our big bed for two had two twin mattresses joined together. This is also not the most comfortable for a couple.

Das Hotel war in einem wirklich schlechten Zustand. Alles wirkte dreckig und ungepflegt. Dazu war es nachts extrem laut, sodass an Schlaf überhaupt nicht zu denken war.

Besonders unangenehm: Nachts standen plötzlich zwei Frauen an der Tür und wollten ins Hotel bzw. hinein. Die ganze Situation war sehr merkwürdig und hat zusätzlich für ein sehr unsicheres Gefühl gesorgt.

Insgesamt absolut enttäuschend. Sauberkeit, Ruhe und Sicherheit haben hier offensichtlich keine Priorität. Für mich definitiv keine Empfehlung – ich würde dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

Cons:

Почистващият персонал почука на вратата в 9 часа и преди да отворя, директно влязоха. Това беше доста неприятно и некомфортно, тъй като все още бяхме в стаята, а часът за чек-аут е 11:00. Смятам, че е необходимо да се изчака отговор от госта, преди да се влезе в стаята, особено когато все още не е настъпил часът за напускане.

4 yıldızlı olduğu için sakın aldanmayın! Yaşadığım deneyim tam anlamıyla hayal kırıklığıydı.

Cons:

Öncelikle otopark konusunda ciddi bir hayal kırıklığı yaşadım. Rezervasyon yaparken Booking’de otopark ücretine dair bir fiyat göremedim ve doğal olarak ücretsiz olduğunu düşündüm. Otele geldiğimizde ise günlük 10 Euro otopark ücreti olduğunu öğrendim. Üstelik şimdi Booking’e baktığımda bu ücretin sonradan açıkça eklenmiş olduğunu görüyorum. Rezervasyon yaptığım sırada bu bilginin bu şekilde karşıma çıkmaması benim açımdan kabul edilebilir değil.
Otele girişimiz ise başlı başına bir rezaletti. Resepsiyonda bulunan görevli çocuk hem yemek yiyordu hem de bizimle ilgilenmeye çalışıyordu. Otoparkın yerini bulamadım, iki kez resepsiyona gidip geldim. Her seferinde doğru düzgün yardımcı olunmadı. En sonunda sinirlerim iyice gerildi. Muhtemelen tartışma çıkacağından endişe ettiği için son gelişimde yanıma birini gönderip otoparkı gösterdiler.
10 Euro otopark ücretini de aldıktan sonra odamıza çıktık. Rezervasyonumuz 3 kişilikti ve 14 yaşında oğlumuz da bizimleydi. Buna rağmen çocuğumuz için odada hazırlanmış tek bir yatak bile yoktu.
Tekrar resepsiyona indim ve durumu anlattım. Görevli, oğlumun koltukta yatabileceğini söyledi. Yastık yok, çarşaf yok, nevresim yok. “Bu çocuk nerede yatacak?” diye tepki gösterince ancak o zaman hazırlayacaklarını söylediler. Üstelik cevapları “Yarım saate hazırlarız” oldu.
Gerçekten yaklaşık yarım saat sonra gelip yastığı, çarşafı ve nevresimi bırakıp gittiler. Yatağı kendim hazırlamak zorunda kaldım. 4 yıldızlı olduğunu iddia eden bir otelde 3 kişilik rezervasyonda üçüncü kişi için yatağın dahi önceden hazırlanmamış olması gerçekten inanılmaz.
Gelelim odaya...
Odanın zemini halı benzeri bir malzemeyle kaplı ve son derece kirli. Rengi zaten kötü ve iç karartıcı; üzerinde sayısız leke var, yerler temiz görünmüyor. Odaya girince insanın içi rahat etmiyor. Temizlik konusunda gerçekten çok ciddi problemler var.
Özellikle astımı, alerjisi veya başka solunum hassasiyeti olanlar ile küçük çocuğu bulunan aileler bu konuda çok dikkatli olmalı.
