Sometimes the back door would not work and would have to go around.
Walls were thin.

Hotel is beginning to show its age. Some repairs such as the elevator button on the third floor was not up to code. The room I was in had the swing bar lock taped up so it couldn’t be used.

⭐ Very Disappointing Stay — I Will Not Return

I understand that the hotel is located alongside the highway, so I expected to hear some traffic. However, the noise in my room was beyond what I expected. It honestly felt like my bed was sitting in the middle of the highway. I could hear every single car driving up and down the road throughout the night. It was extremely loud and made it very difficult to sleep.

To make matters worse, for two nights in a row, someone on the same floor repeatedly opened their door and just let it slam shut. The noise from the door slamming was incredibly loud and disruptive, especially during the night.

What concerned me the most was noticing that the screws around my window appeared to be loose or coming out, which made me feel unsafe in the room. I did not report it during my stay because I did not want to bring unwanted attention to myself or my room while I was still staying there.

Between the nonstop highway noise, the repeated door slamming, and my concerns about the window, I did not feel comfortable or relaxed during my stay.

I understand that a hotel cannot control every guest or every car on the highway, but guests should still be able to feel safe and get a decent night’s sleep.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I will not return to this hotel.

The room was musty, like humid smelling

1.) the room smelt of a weird odor
2.) the a/c was almost non existent
3.) we couldn’t even get in the pool, looked extremely murky and yellow
4.) there were bugs in the room before we even brought any food in.
5.) tv remote hardly worked, had to press the buttons like 5 times for just one click.
6.) limited screening options only could use netflix, because who genuinely watched amazon prime
7.) the most annoyed part of the stay, was the breakfast being completely gone and cleaned up at 9am, when we were told hours of breakfast were 6-10am.

This property is located right along a frontage road which has so many food and shopping options! Makes it very easy to get to and from places. However it is also located right on an extremely busy highway. Traffic flow definitely woke me up in the earlier hours

The pool area had some debris that needed to be cleaned up.

Bianca was the rudest person I have dealt with in a hotel! She was not helpful and seemed like I was bothering her.
The rest of the staff was AMAZING!! She was the one bad apple!!

Noisy with traffic going by on freeway, room was very cold, but also felt damp and humid inside our room. Room was very small. But very clean
